Made an hour and 20min drive to give this place a shot. Won’t lie, was a tad disappointed at first when I saw the first room. I thought “this is it?”. Little did I know there was a down stairs, followed by 3 other side quest rooms which contained things from monolifts to Thompson benches. Was essentially a big maze full of good equipment to play with. Beautiful Chaos if you will. I don’t go out to Joliet often but I’d definitely make the trip again in the future to get a work out in #bodybuilding #powerlifting #gym #gymmotivation #gymlife taken in Chicago Sports & Fitness Club by @thesippinsilverback

More and more gyms purchasing arsenal equipment will always be a win for gym fiends like myself. This here power squat didn’t fail to deliver…moved like butter…built very well and doesn’t feel flimsy at all…and can hold upwards of 800lbs. To top it off my knees feels fantastic after. All and all a great day for legs taken in VASA Fitness by @thesippinsilverback

Didn’t think I would end up in Matteson today for a solid leg day. Gyms been open for a bit but severed my way over until recently. What’s nice here is they have 2 of all their bigger machines such as hacks and presses…plan to frequent this place a bit taken in VASA Fitness by @thesippinsilverback

Casual 70+ mile ride to check out this beautiful place. A powerlifters dream. Talk about a warehouse feel where chalk and smelling salt is promoted. Had the privilege of watching dude bang out 500 lb squats for fun. Brings me back to my quads days. Places like this are hard to find anymore because people don’t like gyms that promote perseverance and grit. Took a stroll out by midway today due to the fact that this place came across my feed. It’s refreshing to find gyms in the Chicagoland area that have a non commercial feel and people that actually try and create a beautiful gym culture. Shout out to Danny for being a solid dude and taking care of me while I was there. As of today I can say that Booty Builder makes pretty good equipment (would have said no yesterday). Very clean spot with more than enough to get a good workout…And to top it off you can see they’re starting to add some Premium niche equipment to their arsenal. With all these gyms being closed down still, I made a 30 month trek east to check out this Gem of an establishment. Talk about vibes. So much new and high quality equipment to choose from, including a damn lunge machine that beat the hell out of me…Too much to use for one day…bless that Keiser belt squat tho…my favorite piece of equipment…and yes this song was on rotation today taken in JETA Strength & Conditioning by @thesippinsilverback

Love how the Midwest is starting to show out with its gym culture. Quick trip to Indianapolis and had to make a pit stop here…Establishment is enormous and does not lack in the equipment department…even had sets of the older steel plate dumbbells.
