Hi everyone, I’m Sabrina! 🤍

I’ve been teaching for almost two and a half years now. I started with yoga, quickly fell in love with it, and from there continued expanding into Pilates, sculpt, and strength-based movement. Teaching has become something I’m truly passionate about, and helping people feel stronger and more confident is my favorite part of it all.

As I continue working toward my master’s degree and navigating life as an entrepreneur, I knew I wanted to create a space where I could keep doing what I love most! Creating SL ACTIVE felt like the perfect way to do that!

More than anything, I hope this becomes a space where you feel welcomed, supported, and encouraged… no matter where you’re starting.

A special weekend dedicated to movement, community, love, and giving back. 🤍

Join us October 24th–25th as we come together for something that goes beyond movement. This weekend is especially close to our hearts, as we celebrate life, honor the people we love, and make a difference through our community.

Throughout the weekend, we’ll be hosting special classes filled with movement, love, and a few sweet surprises! All profits from this event will be donated to support children battling cancer, turning every class into an opportunity to give back and spread a little extra love. 🩵
