Hollywood’s back on the tools and the tomahawks hit the boards this Wednesday night. 🥩🔥 Carved fresh, served hot, and finished your way. Choose your weapon: Steak au Poivre Crying Tiger Chimichurri Missed it last time? You saw what happened. This Wednesday at Smokin Good Bookings recommended. Walk-ins welcome. by @thesmokingjoint
The beacon is lit. 🚨🔥 Smokin’ Good is firing. See you for brisket, links and whatever good decisions you make after the third pickle back. 🥒 by @thesmokingjoint
Nothing fancy here. Straight up Costco Angus Reserve Brisket. Competition trim (point and flat spectated) seasoned in Salt, Pepper and Garlic. Burnt ends are the point cubes and cooked in Skinnymixers stock and bbq sauce recipe. Behold the first (to my knowledge) beef brisket burnt end tower! Cooked on the Traeger Timberline @225F/107C for 11hrs and rested for two hours. Sliced with the Iron Grove custom chef knife 🔪 Internal temp 206F/97C probed soft. @traegergrills @traegergrillsoz @skinnymixer @irongrovetoolco #bbq #brisket #beef #manmeatbbq #lowandslow #smoke #barbecue #australia #traegergameday by @thesmokingjoint

@waitpinga_farm ATV Adventure Tour is a must do activity! We spent Sunday arvo hooting around the gorgeous property tackling sand dunes, up close and personal with wedge tailed eagles, pulling yabbies, seeing kangaroos and the gorgeous new lambs. Our guide was the most amazing host and the whole vibe was special. This place has to be seen to be appreciated and five stars of fun. by @thesmokingjoint
