New Moon in Leo and Eclipse can feel a lot of different ways. For me personally, I haven’t been getting good sleep the past few nights, and when I do, my dreams are so crazy and intense. I’m letting go and unraveling from old parts of me. Again. Shedding in the fires of the Leo and the Fire Horse. Healing and touching the mother wound again, on the deepest level I have ever touched. Forgiving. Releasing karmic ties, old patterns, old self sabotaging behaviors. Completion. Intention.

The inner work isn’t smiles and sunshine. It’s intense and exhausting. And if you’re working and flowing with the planets right now, I give you permission to do it with compassion and grace. The Becoming IS occurring. Be patient. Trust. Unravel. Allow. Surrender. Lean into the hurt. And HURT.

WHITE OWL 🦉 APOTHECARY is stocked!! Whatchu need guuurllllll??!? I know it’s been a minute and you’re probably running low!! @white_owl_apothecary

I love that I have followed my intuition and closed the brick and mortar so I can focus on my healing work and magic full time! You all are definitely keeping me busy🤍🙌🏼🎉🙏🏼! I am so grateful for all the love, support, and referrals!

My biggest take away this week is that TRUSTING my inner voice and Spirit guiding me through the closure of my brick and mortar was 💯 the right move. Don’t get me wrong, I have tough moments and I def have moments grieving being in my shop and YOU walking in so I can hug you!

AND, I am able to do what’s in alignment for me and my spirit and I have no regrets.

Not everything you feel… is yours.

Let that land for a second.

As empaths, healers, and women who care deeply, we move through the world absorbing energy like a sponge in the ocean.
Other people’s stress.

Their expectations.

And then we wonder why we feel heavy, tired, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves.
