POSTS STORIES REELS

I didn’t wake up one day and decide I wanted to be an “online entrepreneur.” 😂

I was a Canadian military dental technician.

I had a career.
A plan.
A very 'normal looking' version of adulthood.

And then my body basically said, yeah… we’re not doing this anymore.

I was medically released and suddenly found myself home with my kids.

And here’s the part I didn’t expect:

I was scared.

But I was also… relieved.

Because somewhere underneath all the fear, I realized I actually wanted to be home.

I wanted the school pickups.
The random weekday adventures.
The flexibility to decide what our days looked like.
The ability to travel without having to ask permission for time off.

I just didn’t know how to make that work financially.

So I started looking for another way.

Not because I had a plan.

Not because I was fearless.

And definitely not because I wanted to become the mom posting her business all over Facebook. 😂

I took a chance and started building a business in the little moments of my day.

Between kids needing snacks.
Between appointments.
Between homeschooling and laundry and all the other things that somehow need to happen every single day.

It wasn't overnight.

It wasn't perfect.

And I didn't suddenly become a completely different person.

I just started building differently.

I built work around my life because my life was the point.

And that changed everything.

Now I'm here for the woman who knows she wants more but doesn't necessarily know what that looks like yet.

The mom who wants more time.
More money.
More travel.
More choices.

The one who's tired of being told to just be grateful for the life she's already living when something inside her keeps saying,

“But what if there's more?”

And especially the women with big dreams and squirrel brains like me. 😂

You don't have to have it all figured out.

You don't have to become someone else.

And you definitely don't have to fit yourself into someone else's version of success.

You can build a life that actually feels like yours.

That's what I'm doing here by @thesoniagrant

If you’re new here, you might be wondering what exactly I do, how this whole online business thing works, or whether it’s even for you.

Here’s the simple version:

🐿 JUST HANG OUT HERE

If you’re a mom who wants more time, travel, money and options and your brain operates on approximately 47 tabs at once 😂, you belong here.

Follow along. Watch my stories. Steal my ideas. Laugh at the chaos.

🐿 WANT TO SEE IF IT COULD WORK FOR YOU?

That's where we go a little deeper.

My first step isn't “buy this thing.”

It's Discovery.

It's a self-paced introduction where you can actually learn how the business works, what the opportunity involves, and decide whether you want to explore it further.

You get 14 days to go through it, and there's a money-back guarantee.

Then, if you have questions, we can talk.

No pressure. No pretending it's for everyone.

Just information → questions → your decision.

That's how I like to do business.

And if you're sitting there thinking…

“Okay, but could I actually do this with kids, a busy life, a squirrel brain and absolutely no idea what I'm doing?”

😂

That's exactly the kind of woman I love helping.

Start wherever feels right.

🚩

CONSIDER THIS YOUR WARNING. 😂

Whatever you do, don't join an online business if you're perfectly happy with the way things are.

Don't join if you don't want to challenge yourself, learn new skills, or start questioning what you thought was possible for your life.

And DEFINITELY don't join if you're not ready to explore what building something of your own could look like.

Because the real plot twist?

You don't have to have it all figured out before you start.

You just have to be willing to learn.

No overnight success promises.
No pretending it's effortless.

Just a business model to understand, skills to develop, and an opportunity to decide whether it's right for you. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Curious what I actually do?

Send me a DM or comment 🌸 and I'll show you where to start. by @thesoniagrant

Can I tell you something?

You're worried about what people will think if you try.

But have you thought about how YOU'LL feel if you never do??

The post you don't publish
The dream you keep pushing off
The opportunity you never explore

You don't need everyone's approval to start building a life you love.

You just need to stop asking for permission.

I've been working on something to help women take that first step toward more of what they want.

The more life reset launches in 5 days.

A free 7 day workbook to help you stop waiting for someday.

Comment MORE if you want me to send you the link when its ready.

Your turn 🤣 by @thesoniagrant

Someday, when my kids ask me how we got to live this life.

I'll tell them I stopped letting the fear of being judged keep me from building it.

I got uncomfortable. I took the risk. I let people misunderstand me.

Because I'd rather be judged for trying than spend my life wondering what could've been.

I want my kids to grow up knowing they don't need everyone's approval to build a life they love.

And if I can teach them that by living it myself? That's the legacy I want to leave.

What would you do if you stopped worrying about what everyone else thought? ✨

Maybe the traditional path works for you.

It just wasn't the path I wanted.

And I think that's the beauty of it all.

I'm not here to convince everyone to build an online business.

I'm here to show women who already know they want something different that there are other ways to build a life. by @thesoniagrant

Read that again. 👀

We spend so much time thinking…

When I make more money.
When I have the dream house.
When the kids are older.
When I finally have more time.
When life slows down.

THEN I'll be happier.
More present.
Healthier.
More intentional.
More fulfilled.

But what if you get there and you're still reaching for your phone every five minutes?

Still putting yourself last?

Still too busy to enjoy the life you worked so hard to create?

Still waiting for the next milestone to finally feel like enough?

Your circumstances absolutely matter. More money, support and freedom can change so much.

But the habits you're building TODAY matter, too.

Start taking the walks.
Put your phone down.
Make the memories.
Spend time with God.
Have the conversation.
Build the business.
Take the first step toward something different.

You don't have to wait until you have the waterfront home to enjoy a slow morning.

You don't have to be financially free to be present with your kids.

And you don't have to have your entire life figured out to start changing it.

Build the dream. But don't put your life on hold while you do it. 🤍

Tell me: what's one thing your future self does that you could start doing TODAY?

There was a time when I couldn't imagine my life looking like this. 🥹

I was working in dental, doing a job that drained me and wondering if this was really what the rest of my life was going to look like.

And now? I'm home full-time, planning homeschool field trips, building a business, and apparently spending random Tuesday afternoons lacing hockey nets. 😂🏒

Is every day perfect? Absolutely not.

But having more say in how I spend my time, being present for the little things, and building something of my own?

That means more to me than I can explain.

Sometimes the life you want doesn't start with having everything figured out.

Sometimes it starts with being willing to try something different.

If you're in a season where you know you want more out of life but have no idea where to start, I hope this is your reminder that things can change. 🤍

You don't have to see the whole staircase to take the first step.

I expected the business.

I didn't expect the friendships. 🤯

The conversations.

The cheering each other on.

The “wait, I'm not alone in this?!” moments.

Sometimes the thing you think you're building ends up giving you something you didn't know you needed.

While I was at a retreat in Vancouver,

I still:
• answered messages
• created content
• checked in with people
• planned upcoming work
• caught up on mentorships

Buttttttt I wasn't working 8 hours a day.

And that's kind of the whole point. by @thesoniagrant

One of my favourite parts of this trip wasn't the event.

It was getting to sit across from women and hear their actual stories.

Different backgrounds.
Different goals.
Different lives.

But a whole lot of the same vision:
“I want my life to feel like mine.” by @thesoniagrant
