Hi There! 👋🏾
✨Time for a formal Reintroduction ✨

I’m the founder of Space of Gratitude @spaceofgratitude and creator of Sounds of Gratitude. I’m a wellness curator dedicated to creating transformative experiences that embody elegance, harmony, and mindful living. With over two decades of experience in holistic healing, luxury spa leadership, and consulting, I have refined the art of guiding guests into profound states of relaxation and renewal.

Through Space of Gratitude, I offer thoughtfully curated jewelry, apparel, and mindful lifestyle pieces that inspire balance and beauty. My Sounds of Gratitude experiences—featuring sound therapy, Yoga Nidra, movement and energy alignment—are crafted with the same care and intention, inviting guests to release tension, restore energy, and connect deeply with themselves through gratefulness.

My purpose is rooted in the belief that #GRATITUDE is not just a feeling, but a way of living—one that nurtures the soul and transforms every moment into something extraordinary.

With GRATITUDE,
Natalie 🙏🏾

💗 DAY 2: Positive People in My Life

Recently, I experienced a beautiful reminder of what genuine friendship looks like. My closest friends gathered around me in a group hug, reassuring me that through the good times and the difficult ones, they would always be there to support me and protect my light. ✨

That moment reminded me that true friendships aren’t just about celebrating the highs. They’re about showing up during the lows, offering encouragement without judgment, and pouring into one another without leaving anyone depleted.

The right people don’t dim your light. They protect it, nurture it, and encourage you to shine even brighter. 🤍

Today, I’m grateful for the people who remind me of my strength, speak life into my dreams, and love me through every season.

✨ DAY 2 GRATITUDE CHALLENGE:
Take a moment to acknowledge the positive people in your life. Reach out, express your appreciation, and remind them how much their presence means to you.

💗 Who are you grateful for today? Tag someone who has been a light in your life! 👇🏾

THE STILL HOUR
A Float Sound Bath Experience

November 19th
6pm-8pm
Argentta Spa

A floating sound bath at Argentta Spa within The Watergate Hotel offers a transformative sensory journey designed to wash away the stresses of urban life. Participants will immerse themselves in a meditative landscape while floating on Argentta’s saltwater pool, as the harmonious vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments create a visceral experience that resonates throughout the entire body.

Guided by Natalie Ngounou, owner of Space of Gratitude, this gentle practice encourages deep relaxation by shifting brainwaves into a meditative state, helping to release tension, foster mental clarity, and restore emotional balance. Set against the backdrop of the spa’s luxurious amenities, the event provides a serene sanctuary for both seasoned meditators and those new to sound therapy.

Bubbles and strawberries will be offered afterward. We look forward to connecting with you.
