Carly wanted her wedding day to feel fun from the moment guests arrived, so she opened it with a pre-ceremony cocktail hour and encouraged everyone to really dress up.

They understood the assignment: florals, feathers, bold colors, tiny cameras, and so much personality beneath the palms. Guests had time to mingle, reconnect, and settle into the celebration before Carly and Matt said “I do.”

C + M threw the perfection destination wedding in Todos Santos, MX - complete with gorgeous scenery, fabulous fashion choices, and guests (+ DJ) who showed up to throw down on the dance floor. We weaved together classic Haitian hits with funk, disco, electronica, and everything groovy to keep the vibes high under the disco ball-laden palm trees 🌴💃🪩🕺

I’ve been lucky to work with some exceptionally talented artists over the years and this event was special: an evening celebrating the longtime creative collaboration between @erinhuppceramics and Chef @valmcantu of @californiossf. Massive congratulations to the Californios team for becoming the first Mexican restaurant in the WORLD to be awarded three Michelin stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️

At a time when Latino and immigrant communities are under violent attack, it is exceptionally uplifting to see these cultures and cuisines celebrated and the incredible artists who share their culture receiving the flowers they deserve on the global stage.

Fuck ICE and long live art, beauty, and collaboration 🌻

🕯️TOBI FINK🕯️
May 5, 2013 - April 22, 2026

My best friend, closest companion, a true familiar, one of the great loves of my life. This cat was a steady friend to me during the best and the absolute worst times of my life. She made me laugh, filled my heart with her sweetness, and taught me so much. We cared for each other and grew up together. I know she witnessed me change and evolve as much as I did her.

I have so much to say about the amount of friendship and comfort this animal has offered me over the course of our life together. I do not have words to describe how blessed I feel that I have walked beside her for twelve years, reaping the benefits of the lessons she taught me about how to be a better human in this world. The world is better for having Tobi in it, and my life will forever be blessed by her presence. Thank you to everyone who has befriended Tobi over the years. Every act of kindness done toward her has been an act of kindness toward me and all of it is etched in gold in my heart.

My profound thanks to everyone who has supported us over the last few weeks and days. I am grateful Tobi is no longer in pain, even if it means I will be in pain for quite a long time as I welcome and integrate this grief. Particular thanks to @hannahmcfaull and @immortalveil for holding us both so sweetly in this process.

Alex + Michael wanted a classic San Francisco wedding, so what better venue than Bimbo’s 365 Club?! With chic decor that perfectly matched the romantic interior and a fabulous mix of vintage and modern music, we had no problem keeping the guests grooving until the late hours of the night 🪩💃🏼🕺🏽🌹

⭐️B🌟T🌟S⭐️!!

It’s been a wild week in a wild year - Metallica at the Chase Center! Black tie theater gala! More chic and fun weddings than you can shake a stick at! - and I’m exhausted but so incredibly grateful for this work.

I feel blessed to have a job centered around in-person connection and joy. Thank you to all of my clients (& industry colleagues!!) for hiring me and allowing me to work my magic at your parties.

Gratitude feels easy these days. I’m trying to keep my cup as full as possible so I can continue to pour into the cups of people around me. We are all we have and we owe each other everything!!!
