Yesterday mentally was a ROUGH day. Stressed, high-strung, and my brain working overtime alllll day.

Learning to handle stress and anxiety without medication has its ups and downs, but I’m choosing to face this world HEAD-ON.

I’m a fighter. If you know me, you know I actually love a good challenge.

Last night I laid in bed thinking about the last few months… how I was at the BOTTOM. One of the darkest places I’ve ever been. I didn’t see a way up.

Until I did.

And now? I’m THRIVING.

But I’m not done.

I’m meant to be more. Do more. Become more.

So I made a promise to myself: I’m going to keep choosing ME. Keep growing. Keep fighting. Keep becoming the person I know I’m meant to be.

Here’s to a GOOD Thursday. 🫶🏼🩶 by @thespencesmith

Last night mom said she wanted one of these.

While checking out at the Walmart today, she (goose) locked eyes with me and would not look away, it was the last one. She needed a home.

So I thought, this has to be a sign. Mom needs it 🫣🤷🏻‍♂️ by @thespencesmith

“I’ve been good time drunk enough to be bad time sober
Broke a map dot’s heart when it disappeared over my shoulder
I’ve been headstrong right and deadend wrong

Good with God, but I dropped the ball
Spent my whole life holding on
But even when I fell off

The ride was worth the fall
The fall was worth the smiles
The smiles were worth the tears
Tears were worth the miles
Miles were worth the pain
Pain was worth it all
It’s all worth this life
Life is worth the ride

The ride is worth the fall.” by @thespencesmith
