Have to make a post for this, 46.4 for Noah. This has been a long 2 year journey. From fighting to try to get him off the soccer field to watching him finally dip into the that sub 47. Amazing to see the progression in him from his first 400 ever at 50.9 to trusting the process and in 2 years doing some remarkable things & now being able to go to college for free on a track scholarship. The sky is the Limit‼️

Most kids treat the shakeout as an easy day. Paison wants to win it. That’s the mindset that makes a champion — showing up to compete at practice, at the shakeout, every single rep. She doesn’t wait for the big meets to turn it on. This is the standard we celebrate around here.
