Mostly nighttime style lighting. I love making stuff. Creating compelling stories when life is life-ing.. not as easy. Hope everyone is doing well except my condo board #bjd #quarterscale #stacyleigh taken in NYC by @thestacyish

One of my favorite bjd photos.. taken in 2019. My 1:4 sets have gotten way more detailed and nuanced since then. In case you wondered. xo by @thestacyish

Hi, I hope everyone is doing well. Life is life-ing and I’m just gardening to keep my last shreds of sanity! Lol. But I did stumble on this B-roll photo of my little street diorama (is it even a diorama at this scale?) that I thought was cute. I’ve been changing it up, s l o w l y. I’m just not inspired right now. Like I said, life is life-ing. On another note, I turn 55 on September 10th. For one whole year I can say I’m double nickels and not a single Gen Z will know wtf I’m talking about! Hahaha. p.s. kanye west is trash as a person, but I can’t quit his music. 🤷‍♀️

The last photo I took in this room. I have since ripped out all of the wallpaper and trim, and I will give it a LONG ASS, overdue make over. Not sure what I’m doing yet. Need to stare at the empty room and “feel” it first. The little lady doll, is a Frankendoll I hold in very high esteem, the body is from @resindolls (which came with a gorgeous face, pishka?, but I like to mix and match) with a very rare, resin Gabby and Violet head from Doug James. #quarterscale #bjd #nyc #dougjamesdoll by @thestacyish
