Nominated for 4 Webbys!!

In October 2025, StagePilot’s creative director and executive producer flew to LA for what we thought would be an exploratory meeting with Justin Bieber’s team. At 10am the next morning, we were live to Twitch.

5 PTZs, 2 roaming cameras, 16 lavs, 64 channels of audio, dual mobile encoders, and a team of moderators, all deployed overnight. Over the next 3 months, StagePilot produced 55+ hours of unscripted streaming offering a window into Justin’s world: from full band Coachella rehearsals to casual writing sessions to Nerf wars and philosophical conversations over In-N-Out.

Honored that the project has been nominated in the Webby Awards:
• Creators > Best Livestream
• Creators > Best Community Engagement
• Creators > Creator Launch or Drop
• Social > Social Video Short Form > Events & Livestreams

If you’re voting this year, consider giving this project your support.

100 Miles with @laufey for Amazon and Lexus was, without a doubt, one of our favorite livestreams to date.

Alongside a small in-person audience of tastemakers and superfans, StagePilot livestreamed Laufey debut performance on her all-new Twitch channel. Fans around the world celebrated 100 years of Miles Davis’ enduring legacy, featuring Laufey’s lyrical debut of Davis’ “Blue In Green” and the reveal of a custom, one-of-one Lexus Blue In Green Edition RZ.

The livestream was part of a global Lexus campaign imagined and produced by powerhouse production company, @1stavemachine. by @thestagepilot

@thestagepilot posted up in San Francisco this past weekend to produce Twitch’s first ever Fit Face Off in the Amazon Lounge at Super Bowl XL.

Hosted by @plaqueboymax, #ajbrown and @last_king_2 went head to head in four quarters of fashion fit face offs and a series of mini-games. Chat judged each matchup leading to a tie at the end of regulation. In a live, winner-takes-all overtime showdown, Derrick Henry and his Chrome Hearts fit edged out AJ Brown for the win.

StagePilot’s production was heavily focused on live chat interaction with multiple chat-driven GFX elements. With a tight physical footprint, we managed cameras, audio and IRL screens on site while the broadcast and streaming GFX packages were managed from a remote studio. taken in San Francisco, California by @thestagepilot
