Sometimes the best reset is only a 30-minute drive away from Napa Valley.🌿

Tucked into the heart of wine country, Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn sits atop an ancient thermal mineral spring. This is water that rises from 1,100 feet below, carrying 27 naturally occurring minerals to the surface.

I spent the day at the spa pools and bathhouse, enjoying the Watsu pool, kept at a weightless 98°F. I love that you can enjoy the experience with a day pass. Between the meditation room, cold shower, sauna and steam room - I was set for the day to enjoy the full wellness rotation.

Pro tip: pack a book and trade your to-do list for five geothermal mineral pools, a Roman-style bathhouse, and hours that feel like they belong to you again.

You don’t need a whole vacation. You just need a day to come back to yourself without any noise or distractions.

Whether you’re coming from SF, Sacramento or Marin - this is the perfect day trip to feel transported into a full day of rest.

Our morning walks @downtownnapa have been quite the vibe lately. Shout out to all the local businesses who offer us little treats. You’re the true MVPs of this walk.

@napavalleycoffee cold brew and tiny pup cup were part of our motivation for today. 🎉

In a busy scroll, I hope you actually take this message to heart.

If you don’t feel loved, deeply connected and know that you can ask someone for prayer in a quick voice memo, then it’s time to get uncomfortable and reconnect with the good ones.

I promise you, it’s not as scary as your mind is telling you it is.

Every Saturday in September, you can visit @earthspokefarms for Dahlias and it’s the most special feeling to see sooo many. ( they’re my favorite flower!)
