OPEN LETTER!

My Brother @vegas_jones
Let me start with the dark side of the tunnel that began 27 years ago in Baltimore City jail… You didn’t know me and I didn’t know you, but the universe mandated a bond that no one could phantom. You told me to fight my case, but not to lose my life in the process. I thought you were crazy, but listened..I trusted you and then you left to go do your time.
You entered a system where the visits was a lifeline and 15 minute phone calls were connections to hope. But through it all….you survived. You were released from prison and faced with a task of putting the life you once knew back together.
You tapped into that quiet voice in your head that told you to be patient and to “Bet On Yourself” and you did just that!!! Bro this is not just a win for you, but a win for every real ni%#% who never gave up.. I would be remiss if I didn’t stop and thank Allah for blueprint. Your call today made me assume the worst, but after the tears subsided, I ran a river of my own (Stoke I got a PARDON). I know what it took for you to get here because I was there from the start. I’m so blessed to have a front row seat and to be able to say, my bro deserves it!
Instead of what’s free, I can now say, who is free. Last but not the least, thank you for never forgetting where you came from and for loving me with all your might. This is our Superbowl, To those who said 2nd chances is a myth… they lied. And it’s nothing wrong with being a copy cat as long as you copy the right cat.. So copy this cat!!!

@carson.nugget1 I want to apologize to you as your father and a proud black man. A week ago I asked you to hold a door for a domino’s pizza worker (in Texas). I was thinking he would appreciated your kindness…Unbeknownst to me he was a racist, who turned around and asked me did I think you deserve a thank you. I’m still struggling with it because I never wanted to introduce you to hate. I was hoping you would grow to understand its origin. Please don’t judge my reaction, just know that my love for you runs deep. I’m praying you do a better job in this world than I did.🖤🖤🖤 by @thestokeyproject

I have been working on this project (The Squeegee Boy) for a while and it’s a story that must be told. The depth of my writing and creativity comes from real life experiences. The story is based off of a kid from Baltimore who chose Squeegeeing as way to survive. I’m doing my all to make this project a classic. You can consider this to be the prequel to the Wire.. With a lot of untold stories, trauma, social economics and pain that many kids live with. This is a ride you won’t regret.. It’s real as real gets.. Meet the “Squeegee Boy”

It’s my pleasure to introduce you to my newest baby.. “Silk On The Run” There was nothing more important to me, than bringing his talent to life.. More importantly, his legacy deserved it. This comedy was written, directed and produced by TSP and @jahsivance. When Silk died, he took a part of me with him. So I vowed to always keep him alive. What better way to do it, than to put him on your screen every week. Special thanks to my guy @krock__103 who’s is a part of this project and you will be seeing him very soon. Please subscribe to The Stokey Project Media YouTube Channel for future episodes and other projects!
