First ever race & 10k✔️. This isn’t easy for me to share but I’m not going to lie - life has been HARD lately, postpartum depression and anxiety hit me out of no where at 8 months PP but running has been an outlet for me. On my darkest days, running gave me relief and at 9 months PP I’m proud to say I finished my first 10k. I couldn’t have done it without my running partner @hwhite92 (who also kicked my ass) and my amazing support system including my trust in the Lord, hubby, family, friends, coworkers, therapist, OB and the list goes on.. Happy Father’s Day to the best daddy to our babies! ❤️

You are such a silly, loving, hardworking, and selfless husband and father. The babies and I are beyond blessed to have you. Thank you for always being our comforter, protector, proud cheer dad and a strong, God-fearing role model for our children.

Life has had its ups and downs, and we’ve certainly had our share of hard seasons (shoutout to our therapist 😝), but we’ve also shared so many beautiful moments together. Through it all, I truly cannot imagine raising a family with anyone else by my side. Thank you for always showing up for us, loving us so well, and putting our family first.

Thank you for always being the fun parent so I don’t have to be 😆. Watching you with our babies is one of my greatest joys, and they are so lucky to call you Dad.

We have always said that the foundation we want to raise our kids on is simple and if these are the greatest lessons they carry with them in life, then I’ll feel like I’ve done my job as a parent.
1. Love God
2. Love themselves
3. Love others
At the end of the day, it’s not about us, despite the selfish world we live in — it’s about Him. We are called to love all people, regardless of our differences. Jesus has always loved every single person, no matter what they believe, what they’ve done, or where they come from, and we are called to reflect that same love and grace to others.
May 3, we dedicated Levi and Poppi to the Lord and prayed over the lives they will grow to live (Piper was previously as a baby). What a gift and honor it is to be their parents🤍
