hi, i’m sam 🤍

i’ve always loved the camera, not just for the images it creates, but for the way it allows us to connect, tell stories and see ourselves differently 🥹☺️

years ago, that passion became a project called ~the confidence project~ i offered complimentary sessions to women in my community, creating a space where they could feel seen, celebrated, and beautiful. after each session, i’d interview them about their stories, their dreams, and the things that made them who they are. it was never just about the photos, it was about the person behind them. 🫶🏻

that same intention is at the heart of everything i create today. it’s never *just* a photoshoot - it’s a whole damn experience.

my journey has taken me from being crowned miss maine usa, to modeling professionally and experiencing the fashion world from in front of the camera, including new york fashion week and miami swim week. those years taught me the power of thoughtful direction, personal branding, confidence and creating an experience where someone feels comfortable and in love with being themselves.

now, i bring that perspective behind the lens as a photographer and creative director, creating imagery that feels intentional, editorial and timeless. from nashville, to boston to our annual trip to paris for fashion week editorials.

i’m so grateful to have had my work featured in publications including Harper’s Bazaar, ELLE, Glamour and to continue creating for incredible people, brands and moments. 🙏🏻

outside of creating, i’m a new england girl who now calls nashville home and a mom to twin girls who are my greatest adventure. 🎀🌾
