We know procurement, documentation and project management have a reputation for being the slightly *less* glamorous parts of design work, but we’d argue it’s where good designers become really, really great ones. Sourcing the piece is one thing, but getting it commissioned, tracked, delivered, and installed without losing the thread is the real craft.
