Growth & Development Moment:

My guy { Tyce Cadres | Jesuit HS | EC Sox ‘29 }
here working on getting the elbow slotted and keeping the bat on plane throughout the entirety of the swing.

There is a so much beauty in seeing an adjustment/feel brought into reality in the next round of a session with hitters.

S/O @jdmartinez28 | one of the best to ever do it.

sometimes you just enter flow state in sessions…

and when that happens, it’s a beautiful sight to see…

check out my guy @jonny.e8 aka “Johnny Bravo 👱🏻‍♂️🔥” absolutely mashing in his last session.

the growth in our first few weeks of fall lab has been amazing.
love working with this young man.
he has a real bright future ahead of him!

keep showing up kid.
Stay Suavé!

Same bloodline. 🩸
Two different types of hitters.

Both producing in their respective roles.
Always fun working with the “Lewis Boyz”

My guy bordelon.gary aka “GeeBee” | C/O ‘29 | Jesuit HS | EC Sox
______________________________________

Gary is one of my quiet soldiers. Doesn’t say too much, but loves to work hard and get better.
We’ve been working heavily on slowing the body down and allowing his terrestrial abilities to work for him. Use the grounds force to produce consistent velocity and maximum speed in the swing.

He’s doing a great job of learning new cues and putting the pieces to the puzzle together as he prepares to have a good sophomore campaign at Jesuit High School.

Proud of ya GeeBee.
Keep showing up Kid!
Stay Suavé.

@jace.delatte7 - Showing what it looks like to take your training to the field in less than 24 hours.

Jace had an amazing day at the dish today notching a homerun and a loud double off the wall in his fall ball showcase games.

The proof is in the work.
Just show up and trust the process.
The results will follow.

Standing over 6 ft. tall…
There is only one word to describe ( @sunoknightsbaseball )Southern University @ New Orleans, Rs. Sophomore INF/P | Jeremiah Brown. ( @j3rmhb ): “ADJUSTABLE”

__________________

Coming into his first year at SUNO after beginning as a Rs. Freshman at Dillard, he is starting off the fall really HOT.
Consistently, he reports back with major performances week after week in intrasquad and fall scrimmages.

JB comes in about 2-3 times a week to doctor up the feels & maintains on the other days with his teammates and coaches. Balancing school, royal court, and baseball responsibilities can be tough but the kid is doing a pretty good job of it.

Super excited to see what God has in store for him this spring on the diamond.

Check out some of these swings from his daily routine. Some of the pitches he gets in position to hit are unreal for his size sometimes! 🔥

Keep showing up JB.

Seguir trabajando papi.
Manténgase Suavé!

Fall In Love With The Process
Vol. 5
_________________________

Working with my guy Jonny Englander | ‘28 MIF @ John Curtis Christian School

__________________________________

Jonny is real ATHLETE. He brings a lot of quick twitch, and snappy movements to the game. Because of that, we focused heavily on slowing down the game and working with controlled rhythm. His adjustability and willingness to be coached allowed him to grasp that concept very quick and he put some good swings and round together.

He’s got a chance to be play a pivotal role in John Curtis’s line-up this upcoming spring and I look forward to seeing his growth up until that point.

Keep Showing Up Jonny-E.
Stay Suavé Kid.
