With this week being Thanksgiving, I’m feeling festive and feel like we should give back as a community!

This Saturday’s thesuncycle ONLINE classes will be FREE to anyone who wants to join.

HOWEVER, I ask that you make a donation to a charity of your choosing. It can be whatever value you feel comfortable with! (we will be going off of the honor system)

If you wish to share your donations/charities, I’ll be hyping them up before, during, and after the class.

Looking forward to working out with you all!

Hey Team

We’re bringing the energy back outside! Starting this weekend, we’ll be trading in our usual cycling classes for a fresh new Bootcamp Class right on the sand at Lifeguard Tower 27.

💪 When: Sunday morning at 9am
📍 Where: Lifeguard Tower 27 (on the beach!)
💲 Cost: Donation-based
🗓 Booking: Reserve your spot through the app or website as you normally would. Click “Single Session”, then enter your donation amount

Expect a fun, high-energy workout with ocean views, fresh air, and a community vibe that only the beach can bring. Whether you’re looking to mix up your routine or just sweat it out with friends, this is the perfect way to celebrate the weekend.

Grab your mat, water, and sunscreen — we’ll bring the workout.

And Lastly: THANK YOU for your support over the last few weeks. It has been a pretty challenging time as everything gets sorted out. The messages have meant the world.
