It’s time - Who am I? What do I want? How can I serve?

POSTS STORIES REELS

I have had people ask me if someone, some person is good at yoga - it stops me in my tracks -wanting to react, knowing exactly what they are getting at. Is this person flexible, can they touch their palms to the floor in forward fold, can they wrap and double wrap their limbs in every direction, can they balance on their hands with legs poised perfectly overhead, can they float forward, float back like a weightless form? My response takes various forms depending on the day. Responding and not reacting is part of this practice.
My teacher @daniellemikayoga reminded us, an advanced yogi is someone who listens to their body and honors it, tailoring their practice accordingly. I know from the times when i feel peace and even joy when the world feels like it is falling down upon me, that my practice is advancing ❤️♥️♥️ by @thesurrenderyogaproject
