Yessss I know Worlds was already just over a week ago, but I got insanely busy. Sorry gang 😬

But the 100M OCR World Championships preview is out now 💥

I was joined by 100M expert & top athlete coach, @damian_luniewski ✨

It’s still a good retrospective listen - I promise 🤓

We talk you through the changes from the Competition course to the Championship course & who we think it may benefit most. We also try our best to predict the podium 🤩

Damian actually ALMOST predicts Luke’s time in this episode - which is mad. He called it at 23.5 and Luke ran a 23.69, which is the World Record on this course 🔥

Tune in to listen to us chat all things ninja speed demonzzz 🚀

Hope you’re all ready for an insane October 2026 🥴😂

I am of course assuming that Hvar will be Sprint & 100M World Champs still in 2026.

It’s time to get nerdy 🤓

The World Rankings System (ocrarena.com) is a really amazing platform that is being used to seed all athletes at OCR World Championships next week.

It ranks athletes across the Globe based on their best three verified performances over the past 14 months.

Currently @stijnemite & @elsarijpstra (both of The Netherlands 🇳🇱) are ranked as World Number 1.

Want to learn more about how that is calculated and how the data is used? Join me and the platform co-creator, Lucas, as we delve in to more detail and explain it to you 📈

First episode out now 👀

I should have probably started with last weekends events instead of the week before, but I decided we couldn’t miss out on hearing about these epic races 🤩

On this episode:
- @stijnemite joins me to talk through the epic @spartanraceeurope European Championship course. Cue some Richard and Grég fangirling 🤭
- @hanne_larsen_jensen_ocr tells us all about the first ever Danish National OCR 400M Championship and how she deals with being told off by a 4 year old (we should probably all take his advice tbh) 👶🏼😂
- @danne.ekstrom98 took the win at the last Tough Viking event before Worlds. Expect to hear some obstacle tips ✨

Episode 2 coming VERY soon… 👀 by @thesweeperpod
