Though @cardinal.agency has been maintaining our domains since the beginning, starting all the way back with hardlinesbyswoops.com, we felt it was time to really have them do their thing and overhaul our entire site! This is just the first step to tailoring the site to better fit the SwoopsBUILT aesthetic. More changes will be made, including a builds section where we will showcase, in detail, some of the larger projects we've completed, and new items will be added. We will be stocking inventory of all items on the site now instead of the build-to-order structure we had before!

Broken Titanium wheel hardware removal and repair. A bit of a step by step of the worst wheel of the set.

Gave this Porsche Safari/Baja build a prep detail on the engine bay and front bonnet area in preparation of its final assembly!!

This is definitely not your average Porsche build.

This repair has a kind of full circle story to it. We were sent this AWIC that was leaking from the water side into the charged air side. Another shop had cut it open to locate the leak but wasn't able to find it. We pressure tested it and were able to locate the leak. After cutting back a few layers that had been added over the years (but how do you know they were added??) we were able to access the core and location of the leak. From there we rebuilt it layer by layer, pressure testing as we went to ensure there was no longer a leak. We also replaced the Vanjen flange that was damaged in shipping.
Now, the full circle part. I actually aided in building this AWIC, and the whole twin turbo setup, back in 2010. It was built at Driversport (Mahopac, NY) for my buddy @lazerface_rictus
It's pretty crazy that a piece of that turbo kit ended up back to me without the current owner having any idea I was part in its creation. I'm glad we were able to repair it and it can continue to be used.

An OZ face came in with a crack at the valve stem opening. Grind, prep, weld, file, and blend. Boom, like it never happened.
