We did it again - and climbed higher on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2026🏆

From where we started to where we stand today, this journey has always been about pushing boundaries, trusting our instincts, and constantly evolving. Moving up to #73 on the extended list this year feels like a reminder that the pursuit of better - day after day, service after service - truly matters.

To our team, whose passion shows up in every plate, every gesture, every detail - this belongs to you.

To our guests, who’ve kept coming back to our tables 15 years on, and continue to champion us - thank you for being part of this journey with us.

Raising a toast to #1, from The Table to yours! 🏆

Almost 15 years in, we’re still growing, still learning, still innovating, yet always having fun. As the firstborn of the Food Matters Group Family, this milestone feels especially close to heart.

With Chef @waghajanian running wild with his creative genius and Chef @louisbapigomes steering the ship alongside him, there’s always been something new and exciting to discover. The Table 2.0 was a bold step - a reimagined menu after a decade? Here’s to celebrating comfort, quality, technique, and letting the best ingredients speak for themselves, yet again.

We’ve also always believed it always goes beyond what’s on the plate. It’s about how @bhushanrane, @venkateshnamdar, @durgeshsingh2503 and their teams make you feel when you’re here - for your big nights and your small wins. Showing up every single day and make our diners feel valued must be recognised celebrated.

A very big thanks to our entire team, past and present, who’ve worked tirelessly to make this possible.

The Table took over The Brasserie at Carlyle & Co, Rosewood Hong Kong, for four unforgettable days last month.

It went beyond just taking our menu from one city to another but actually about bringing our philosophy to life — celebrating seasonal, local ingredients through Hong Kong’s culinary diversity.

Edible bird’s nest, Yunnan matsutake mushrooms, century eggs, sea urchin, sweetbread, Shaoxing wine and so much more found their way onto the menu.

A huge thank you to the incredible team at @carlyleandco for being such generous and gracious hosts. It’s always a blast to be in Hong Kong, and even better when we get to cook, create and share a table together. taken in Hong Kong by @thetable_colaba

Location, location, location!

This time, @thetable_colaba was invited to cater a surprise 50th birthday sit-down at the beautiful Jhaveri Contemporary art gallery overlooking the Gateway of India at night. Celebrations surrounded by art, fine wine, friends and the birthday boy’s favourites from the menu.
