There is something so special about blue and white china—timeless, classic, and effortlessly beautiful. Add the rich, warm colors of autumn, and the combination feels especially magical. 🍂💙

It evokes such a wonderful sense of warmth, nostalgia, and tradition. A classic pairing, made even more beautiful by the season, therefore there’s no blue Monday here 🤍💙🍁

This is my dish room!

When styling my tables, I like to see what I have so I prefer open shelving. I organize by color. It makes it easier to find things.

Last year around this time I shared my glass room. If you missed it, I have the reel pinned. by @thetablescaper

It’s finally done!
As my regular readers may recall, back in August I had a flood in my basement. My basement is where I store most of my table top items. Every single thing had to be packed up, put in storage and ultimately returned, unpacked and organized. The basement was a complete redo.

Finally, after many many hours and a lot of help, it’s done! I can’t tell you how much I enjoy being able to see my things and utilize them easily.

There’s something so special about lighting candles, particularly this time of year as we begin to snuggle into our homes and embrace the slower, cozier days of the season. 🕯️🍂

As the evenings draw in and we spend more time indoors, it’s the little rituals that make all the difference. A favourite candle, a cosy blanket, and a moment to pause and simply enjoy being at home. 🤎

Are you lighting your favourite candles yet? ✨

I’m loving the process of adding little touches of fall to my home this year. 🍂🤎 There’s something so special about bringing in the warmth and coziness of the season, one little detail at a time.

I’ve found myself adding to my everyday decor rather than swapping everything out for traditional “fall decor.” A few seasonal accents, warm tones, natural textures, and little hints of autumn are all it takes to make my home feel cozy and inviting while still feeling like me.

How about you? Do you switch out your decor for the seasons, or do you love adding a little seasonal touch to what you already have?

I had the wonderful experience of visiting the Kips Bay Show House in Manhattan—an inspiring celebration of creativity, craftsmanship, and the art of interiors.

I was fortunate enough to attend the Kips Bay Show House in Florida earlier this year, so it was especially exciting to return to the Manhattan show after many years. There is something uniquely inspiring about seeing so many designers interpret the same historic setting through their own distinct lens.

While the spaces varied dramatically in style and aesthetic, each room was filled with thoughtful details, unexpected combinations, beautiful materials, and plenty of inspiration. From the overall concepts to the smallest finishing touches, there was so much to discover and appreciate.

A wonderful reminder of just how personal and expressive great design can be—and how much inspiration can come from simply walking through a beautifully imagined space.

Today, I’m delighted to share a collection of autumn-hued pieces I discovered while thrifting. Though they feature two distinct patterns, I love how beautifully they harmonize together—each one complementing the other perfectly. 🤎

Wishing you a lovely and leisurely Tea Time today, filled with warmth, beauty, and perhaps a little thrifted treasure of your own. ☕️🍁
