So blessed 🥹🫶🏾

Looking back at all the events surrounding our wedding last week makes me feel complete joy. Gerald and I truly have such a beautiful village.

From the welcome party we threw on Thursday, where we danced the night away. To Friday’s rehearsal dinner, where we ate the night away. To the family farewell on Sunday, where around 40 people gathered to wind down and further create bonds and memories with new family members they hadn’t met yet, before returning to their homes all around the country.

You heard right. Our 10/10/2026 wedding was actually our one year anniversary celebration. WE ELOPED LAST YEAR! 💍

Last year, on 10/10/2025, I got to marry my best friend in a charming park with only a few people present. It was such a special day that we truly wanted for ourselves for a little while. We truly hope people understand.

Chicago birthday dump ♌️

Still on a high from my birthday trip. The food. The sights. Taking a speedboat to see fireworks on the city’s skyline. Tilting out of the 94th floor of the Willis tower. Yummy drinks at that big a** Starbucks. Then taking a train to Indiana to see my grandparents. Snow much fun ❄️

My ICY WIFEY bachelorette was everything I dreamed of and then some. The weekend was filled with love, laughter, and the kind of energy you wish you could bottle and keep on a shelf forever. I’m still floating on cloud nine ☁️

Watching friends who had never met become instant friends felt like magic in real time. And somehow we became Breckenridge celebrities for a day. Cameras everywhere, people stopping us, asking for photos and videos because the matching ski suits were doing what needed to be done.

It is a weekend I will remember for the rest of my life.

Thank you to the loved ones who planned it, the loved ones who showed up, and the loved ones who couldn’t be there but wrapped me in spirit anyway. I never take the gift of being deeply loved for granted, and my gratitude is bigger than those mountains.

Now let’s get back to wedding planning!
