🎶Zangara American! American Nothing!🎶

After a respective 2 weeks since the 60th anniversary of the JFK Assassination, I decided to post some of the pictures from Sondheim’s Assassins performed at @lyricstageboston! I wish I posted these earlier, but let me tell you that I was strapped in a chair for the most electrifying two months of my life! Fierce cast, Elite Production Team and Lifelong Friends that are still slaying today (no pun instended). We had so many deep talks throughout the run about these assassins’ backgrounds, politics of the time and now, and how to do the show justice for people who were so unjust. I think it was a HIT! I am still so appreciative to once be a part of this cast while having the opportunity to really dive into my Italian roots. SIDE NOTE: Shoutout to @bostonconservatory for assigning us monologues to do in Italian during my Master’s Degree in Opera Performance! It really came in handy! Thank you so much for everyone who came to support me and this amazing theatre… it really meant a lot to me! Hopefully we can all slay together again soon (pun intended)!

Toodleloo mon poissons! Au revoir! 😘🤌🏼🇫🇷

Playing Chef Louis in Disney’s The Little Mermaid has been one of the greatest highlights of my life. I was surrounded by so much love, talent and… well… fish! With every Disney show there will always be magic, but it was the cast, crew and creative team that really brought this show to life! I will never forget the memories we made, the crazy process we went through and the endless amounts of support we all gave each other throughout the run. I never wanted this production run to end, but with every great fairy tale there is a happily ever after, and yes, I believe we achieved that! I am so appreciative of everyone who worked on this show with me and I can’t wait for the next time we all share the stage again! I hope you will all remain a PART OF MY WORLD and thank you for this amazing month UNDER THE SEA!

I graduATEd 🎓🎶

Now that I have mastered music, I would like to thank @bostonconservatory for the knowledge I have gained, the love I was given, and for the performance opportunities that have shaped me into the type of artist I aspire to be. I couldn’t have obtained this major without my family, friends, and loved ones. I will be indebted to all of my educators for sharing with me their wisdom and support. I feel ready for the real world in ways I wouldn’t have ever imagined. Before this long and arduous journey, I was all fantasies, but you made them all realities. I will always look back on my time here with love and pride. No matter where I venture, BoCo will always be in my heart! I am now fortunate to say that I am a BoCo Alum, and I will work every day to make you all proud! Don’t forget about your favorite tenor, ya hear?

Also, thank you, ELPHABA (@cynthiaerivo), for your wise words and for sharing your beautiful heart with the BoCo graduating class of 2023. I have dreamed of meeting you forever, but your speaking at my graduation couldn’t have been a better conclusion of my time at BoCo. Also, congrats on your doctorate, and I can’t WAIT to see you slay in @wickedmovie! I will be changed “For Good.” 💚🫧

Also, thank you, @nicayawiley and Dance Mom (@dancemomstv) “Black Patsy,” for taking a photo with me!! You guys are such beautiful people, inside and out, and congrats on your fantastic achievement! 🩰✨

Thank you, @marykraymezzo @chrishumbert_ and @ninaevelynanderson, for being my second family at our home away from home. Ily all so deeply, and with your immense talents and knowledge, I am so excited to see the many accomplishments you will make. It will be hard for me not to run into the basement, hug you and act like clowns as we wait for a class/rehearsal. Friends like you are hard to come by, but you made it easy. Each of you made my time at BoCo more attainable and worth remembering. Imy DMBG (aka SATB) fam… it’s an inside joke… sorry… 🤫🤡

Ugh, BoCo, you will be missed, but everything you have given me will not be forgotten! Keep slaying!! 💙🤍

I Know Him 👑💅🏼☕️

Yep, your sassy king is up to his regular gossip sesh. Sorry “President” John Adams… its nothing personal… good luck! 😒

Considering I have English Monarchs as ancestors, was born on a George Washington Secret Base from the Revolutionary War and was brought up by my father who was a Revolutionary War reenactor (and made me partake in them), I was BORN for this role. Wish I could take the throne to make this dream reign a reality! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿⚔️🇺🇸

Down 100 & Livin LARGE (👕 Size) 🎉💯

Thank you @shelldup2018 for making this long, intense journey go from being a dream to a reality. I am blessed to go back in my closet (🏳️‍🌈) to rediscover clothes after many years of collecting dust to start fitting again. It gave me so much confidence in my audition today and some pep in my step!

I might have lost some weight, but I have gained so much of me along the way.

Wonderful 💚✨

I was really inspired by @jeffgoldblum and @joelgnyc to find my own Wonderful interpretation of the Wizard of Oz from @wicked_musical by @wickedlyschwartz . It is a dream role of mine to hopefully play one day and hopefully I can be as Wonderful as them! This munchkin is just dying to have one short day in the Emerald City!

Fun Fact: @cynthiaerivo graduated the same day as me at @bostonconservatory at @berkleecollege while she was starting to film the @wickedmovie. Hopefully it is a sign!

On tonight’s episode of @colbertlateshow… 🤩🎙️🇺🇸

As part of my aunt’s birthday gift, I had signed up for tickets to see @colbert months ago as a surprise NYC trip for her April Vacation (since she is a high school teacher and has a busy schedule). She has to be the BIGGEST fan of Stephen Colbert (same with me), and were notified (when we arrived) which amazing guests were going to attend tonight’s episode. It is crazy getting to see your heros in person, but we fortunately got to make this dream of seeing him live a reality! When Free Speech is being questioned and fact is up for political debate, it is important to have shows like The Late Night Show to keep America grounded and accountable. So informative. Tonight is a really good episode so if I were you, then I wouldn’t want to miss it!

ALSO, @neildegrassetyson was so sweet to meet with us at the stagedoor and teach us all some physics with the transfer of body heat (since he could see we were a little cold outside wanting to see him and/or Stephen Colbert). I swear he is all over my TikTok FYP, and is the sole reason I don’t have brainrot. I swear I can listen to him talk for hours, he is so brilliant. Between all of the guests tonight, I have learnt more than I ever have in school. Thank goodness we were able to attend this live show before it ends in May.

To capped off the night we went to one of our fav pizzerias, @rayspizzaandbagelnyc, before heading back to MA.

What a night! 😇 taken in The Late Show with Stephen Colbert by @theteddyedgar

The Birthday Boy’s New Groove #28 🎃🎂

What is a Halloween Birthday Breakfast without dressing up with your bestest friend in the whole world (my grandma). She hasn’t seen the movie so she was a good sport taking all of these photos with me, but I have to say it was the best way to start my first day as a 28 (?!) year old! Can’t wait for a day filled with spook-tacular fun, birthday celebrations and hopefully NO LLAMAS! Here’s to 28! ✨🧪🦙🚫☕️🍲🐿️💪🏼

“These are the moments that make life worth living” -Madeline Ashton ✨🧪🚫💀💅🏼♾️

Had a Birthday day trip yesterday with my mom (Doreen, the queen) as an early birthday gift this Halloween. After many (sometimes not so subtle) my amazing mother suprised me with incredible seats to see @deathbecomesher on 10/29. I got to see the holy trinity of @broadway @thejennifersimard @meganhilty @michellewilliams slæ on the stage! I was living (aka siempre viva-ing) with how drop dead gorgeous the cast was while creating a show where everything they did was for the… gaze?! Ugh if you want perfection, GO so you can be revitalized! Don’t say I didn’t warn you that you’ll LOVE it!

Riddled throughout the I also was able to go out to my mother’s favorite places when she was a kid so I can have the most NYC worthy food coma: @billsbarandburger @rayspizzaandbagelnyc and @juniorscheesecake .

What a FUN day and the best way to celebrate my birthday! Thank you for the long post and expect more throughout the week since I’ve been so MIA on social media. ALSO, thanks mom for being my person (yes, it was a death becomes her reference). 💜🎃🎁🎂🎉
