Public Statement: Statement Regarding Recent Adoption Incident Puppy Adopted: 26th Sep ‘26 Incident / Threatening Audio Received: 3rd Oct ‘26 Puppy Rescued & Safe: 4th Oct ‘26 (Returned to original foster on 6th Oct ‘26) Following the adoption of one of our puppies, the adopter exhibited unacceptable and erratic behavior, sending abusive and threatening voice recordings to our foster. Our Position & Clarification: Puppy Safety: The puppy was immediately retrieved and is safe, healthy, and back in foster care. Legal Liability: The adopter remains well and healthy as of today (12th Oct ‘26), and we wish her good health. However, TheThorFoundation holds zero liability for any claims or issues raised. All adopters are legally bound by our Adoption Contract. Zero Tolerance: We possess full recordings, phone numbers, and names of everyone involved in harassing our foster. Abusive behavior, threats, and harassment will not be tolerated. Let this serve as a clear reminder: Animals are not voiceless targets, and animal rescuers are not punching bags. Adoption is a legal commitment, not a license to mistreat animals or threaten rescuers. 🐾 LOOKING FOR FOREVER HOMES 🐾 These sweet little souls are looking for loving families to call their own! We currently have multiple rescue kittens in our care, and have shared a series of posts featuring each of them Every single one of these babies has a story — a few of them were relocated, a few were abandoned by their families, and a few were rescued from tough situations. Despite everything they’ve been through, they are healthy, resilient, and ready to fill your life with unconditional love. 💗 A pet is a lifetime commitment. We are looking for serious adopters only — individuals and families who understand the responsibility, effort, and care required to raise a kitten into a healthy cat. — 📋 **ADOPTION PROCESS & REQUIREMENTS:** 1️⃣ Connect with us: Reach out to us directly on Instagram @thethorfoundation 2️⃣ Adoption Contract: A standard adoption contract must be filled out and duly signed. 3️⃣ Home Check: A home check visit and/or home videos/photos must be shared before the adoption is finalized to ensure a safe, cat-friendly environment. 4️⃣ Zero Adoption Fee: NO fees or charges are involved for adopting. All we ask is for your pure love, care, and a safe home. 📩 How to Apply: If you are genuinely ready to put in the effort and make a lifetime commitment to one (or two!) of these angels, please send us a Direct Message @thethorfoundation Please share, repost, and tag fellow animal lovers to help these babies find their happy ever after! 🏠✨ — #AdoptDontShop #KittenAdoption #TheThorFoundation #thor #catadoption taken in Delhi, India by @thethorfoundation

Update: @ziglyforpets gave a half hearted response to help. Apparently there are 2 injured cats and Zigly staff is super unhelpful even if we want to help with volunteers. Please share this widely— tag @ziglyforpets and comment on their posts to provide basic help. There’s an injured cat near Zigly, C Block, Janakpuri with a badly twisted paw, and she’s in a lot of pain 💔 I’m currently travelling, so I can’t reach her, but I will cover vet + foster expenses if someone nearby can help with rescue, foster, or treatment 🙏 Please DM if you can step in, or share this so it reaches someone who can. Let’s not leave her suffering 🐾💔 #InjuredCat #RescueNeeded #Janakpuri #DelhiPets #AnimalRescue #CatRescue #DelhiRescuers #FosterNeeded #StrayCat #HelpAnimals #ZiglyJanakpuri #DelhiNGO #UrgentHelp #CatLoversIndia #AnimalWelfare #SaveStrays taken in Delhi, India by @thethorfoundation
