St Louis is ready for @thestlouisgatewaygold

There are many reasons to love this game.

The #1 reason is the strong community that comes with it.

It brings out the best in everyone involved.

Ten years in the big leagues, and the game that got me back was 10U softball with my daughter. Next week I’m coaching the Gateway Gold vs the KC Diamonds — July 29 & 30 at Car Shield Stadium (O’Fallon, MO), July 31 & Aug 1 at the Corn Crib (Normal, IL). 6:35 first pitch. Bring your daughter. Bring her team. This game grows when people show up. 🎟️ stlouisgatewaygold.com by @thetrevorrosenthal

The success came fast. The lights got bright. And Trevor Rosenthal found himself in a strange tension—feeling on top of the world, but quietly asking, “Why me?”

Injuries hit. The future got uncertain. And that’s when the shift happened—from fear-based faith to real trust in a God who doesn’t bless based on performance.

🎧 Tune in and hear how faith became the foundation when everything else got shaky.

Trevor Rosenthal was in the stands, tracking pitches with his wife beside him. Then came the call into the manager’s office.

He figured he was in trouble for talking through the game.
Instead, he was getting the call every player dreams of:
“You’re it. We’re calling you up.”

New episode is out with special guest All-star closer Trevor Rosenthal. He was one of the best closers in baseball at a very young age.. We covered dealing with being the top guy, staying prepared, youth sports. He was one of the few to throw 100mph early in his career. #baseballpodcast #mlb #mlbcentral by @thetrevorrosenthal
