They asked what my mom superpower is…
I responded: The Four-Kid Hold 💪🏻
10/10 strength
0/10 personal space 😂

Apparently motherhood was supposed to come with drawing skills… mine never showed up 😂

Less screen time, more creativity, and no more pretending I can draw!

Hi! 🙋🏻‍♀️ I’m Anna… and if you’re new here, welcome to the chaos 💛

I’m the mom who’s usually running on iced chai, cold leftovers, and approximately 37 interrupted conversations.

A few things about me:
✨ Mom to a big kid + triplets (yes… triplets 😅)
🤍 NICU mom forever.
☕ Professional chai latte enthusiast.
🌿 Low-tox-ish (doing my best, not doing the most).
🍓 A little scrunchy, a little Target-loving.
🫶 Here for the real-life moments, not just the highlight reel.
🚂 Proud conductor of the Hot Mess Express.

Around here you’ll find motherhood in its most honest form—the beautiful, the exhausting, the hilarious, and the “how is this actually my life?” moments.

If you’ve ever reheated the same coffee three times, hidden in the pantry for a snack, or considered a solo trip to Target a vacation… I have a feeling we’ll get along just fine 💛 by @thetripletshift.ugc

Three toddlers, one dog, and a mom who thought a walk sounded relaxing 😂
Getting out the door is the workout.
The walk is the reward.

Same chaos, different scenery 🤍

A protein-packed snack that’s mom AND toddler approved?! 🥨

@crisp.power is our new fave!

Perfect for busy days, night shifts, and little snack thieves! 😂

We love a good @wegmans find!

24 hours with me in 7 seconds

5pm: get ready for work
6pm: leave
7pm-7am: work
7:30am: drive home
8:00am: school time
10:00am: PT + Speech
12pm-4pm: nap
4:00pm: dinner prep
5:00pm: eat
6:00pm bath
6:30pm: bed for the triplets
7:30pm: bed for Mia… and mom 😅

I spent 21/24 hours awake 😴

Adjusting to this new night shift schedule! Any advice? 🫶🏻

Mom life is busy, so snacks need to keep up! 🥨

We have been loving these @crisp.power protein pretzels for busy days, on-the-go snacking, and when working shifts!

We find ours at our local @wegmans ☺️

They have 28g of protein in each bag, taste great with hummus, and they have a couple different flavors! Sea salt is our fave! Which would you grab? 🥨

Allow me to reintroduce myself ✨

I’m Anna, mom of four (yes, three came at once 🤭), Postpartum ➡️ NICU Nurse, NICU mama, UGC creator, and chai enthusiast!

I pumped for 16 months for my triplets, consider snacks a personality trait, and still make time for the Jonas Brothers 💁🏻‍♀️ @jonasbrothers

Around here, you’ll find real motherhood, favorite finds, and reminders that moms deserve to fill their cups, too. Preferably with Chai or @bloomsupps 🤎

If you’re new here, say hi! What’s something we have in common? 👇

Fall decor just got a little more personal 🎃

Obsessed with our personalized “Mama’s Pumpkin Patch” flag from Callie Gifts featuring all four of my little pumpkins 🥹

Such a sweet way to decorate for fall—and you can customize it for Mama, Mimi, Nana & more, making it such a cute gift for the grandparents too!

Comment 🎃 and I’ll send you the link!
