Time is your most valuable asset as an entrepreneur. A daily planner (I prefer using a digital planner) is crucial in helping you manage your time, but also manage your business and personal life.

Try using a planner for these things

💡Goal setting ~Write down your business and personal goals, and track progress

💡Brain dumps ~Declutter your mind by getting all those jumbled up thoughts and ideas from your mind and write them down. This is huge for entrepreneurs and helps with creativity

💡Finances ~Set budgets and track your expenses to maintain the financial health of your business

💡 Health ~Planners are a great way to help you stay on track with your health goals. Here’s a plus✨ many digital planners have a mood tracker to monitor and manage your mental health

💡Journaling ~Jot down your thoughts, experiences and anything you’re feeling in your day to day life; which will also help deepen your self-discovery and personal growth. It’s a good way to reflect and look back at how your week or month went

This past year I’ve learned a lot about productivity because what I do depends on it.
But no matter how passionate we are about running our business, the struggle to be productive & the temptation to procrastinate is always there.

Here are some tips to becoming more productive in 2024✨

1️⃣ Time Blocking: Allocate specific blocks of time for different task or categories of work throughout your day. This method helps in focusing solely on one task at a time, minimizing distractions, and improving productivity.

2️⃣ Outsource & Delegate: Identify tasks that others could handle just as well or even better than you. Delegate these tasks, or consider outsourcing them to experts or freelancers. This frees up your time to focus on high-value activities that drive your business forward.

3️⃣ Use Technology & Automation: Embrace tools and software that automate repetitive task such as email, marketing, social media posting, or project management. Automation streamlines processes and saves considerable time in the long run.

4️⃣ Implement the Two-Minute Rule: If a tasks takes less than two minutes to complete, do it immediately. This prevents small tasks from piling up and consuming more time later. It’s a simple way to tackle quick items swiftly and efficiently.

👇🏾Share some tips you use to ensure productivity.

It was a great marketing day. I had some really good conversations with some business owners. Some of them said they appreciated I was out marketing the old school way 😂
A few gave me leads on other businesses that may need a virtual assistant.

So I share this to say, bold marketing isn’t just noticed; it’s remembered. It doesn’t matter if you’re a new business owner or been in business for a while. Market your business loud and proud!
