Graphite, paper (not acid-free, not lignin-free), board, stained reclaimed wood & miscellaneous metals.

The work is displayed alongside a holograph (handwritten manuscript containing edits, scratches, revisions & marginalia) of an ekphrastic elegy that is written from cues of visual fragments found in various archival institutions. The elegy is addressed to lands in decline and bodies that have begun to unmake themselves. It is displayed in its illegible form like most inheritances are.
