Delighted for the FOE Global and CBIC in New York as a Strategic Partner, alongside an exceptional group of family office principals, investors, operators, athletes, and global business leaders.

One of the most meaningful parts of the Forum was the opportunity to spend time with Sam Slater and Chris Kelly and exchange perspectives around where value is increasingly being created in sports ownership.

I shared my view that the opportunity today extends well beyond franchise appreciation. The strongest ownership platforms are increasingly being built around the broader ecosystem: media rights, real estate, technology, data, sponsorship, fan engagement, global distribution, institutional capital, and the ability to create new businesses around the core asset. For long-term owners, understanding how those pieces compound together can be just as important as the entry valuation itself.

I also appreciated the time with Devin McCourty and our conversation around what comes after success on the field. We discussed the importance of translating the discipline, relationships, visibility, and credibility built through professional sports into enduring opportunities across business, investment, philanthropy, and family legacy.

I also appreciated the perspective shared by Paul Burton and Sandy Edgerley around their foundation work and the responsibility that comes with investing in the next generation. Their discussion reinforced that leadership is not only about supporting young people directly, but also about equipping the parents, mentors, educators, coaches, and community leaders who shape them.

The broader Forum reinforced how closely sports now intersects with family capital, technology, healthcare, media, global investment, and generational leadership. It was a privilege to have discussions with leaders including Prince Ermias Sahle-Selassie Haile-Selassie, His Highness M A M M Annamalai Chettiar, Ekta Tolani, Teri Schindler, Kaustubh Dhavse, Song Zhao, Lata Setty, David Weiler, Lorine Pendleton, and Christine C. Chang.

Grateful to Hollie, Chris, the FOE Global and CBIC teams, and especially David W Hill for the partnership, relationships, and shared vision. by @theunlikely

Building Capacity was exactly the kind of conversation Texas needs more of.

We brought together leaders across government, hyperscalers, energy, infrastructure, data centers, institutional capital and family offices for a candid discussion about what Texas needs to get right as AI and digital infrastructure continue to scale.

A major thank you to our panelists and speakers for bringing real perspective from every side of the equation:

Pablo Vegas, President & CEO, ERCOT
Senator Charles Perry, Texas State Senator
Thomas Gleeson, Chairman, Public Utility Commission of Texas
Liz Hocker, Global Head of Listings & Capital Markets, Texas Stock Exchange
Katharine McAden, Head of Public Policy, Google
Drew Scheberle, Executive Director, National Security Innovation Council and Moderator
J. Bradley Hilton, Chairman, Hilton Family Office and Featured Speaker

What made the day meaningful was that the conversation moved beyond headlines. The focus was on where incentives already align, where stakeholders need more clarity from one another, and what can be moved forward now before tackling the harder issues.

Texas does not lack ambition, capital or opportunity.

The challenge is alignment.

A major thank you to Pillsbury for supporting Building Capacity, to Stifel and its Venture Banking team for their continued work across the innovation economy, and to Capital Factory for helping set the tone with our morning session alongside family offices, Senators and the broader Austin ecosystem.

We were also proud to support the @center4cp- Center for Child Protection as our nonprofit partner, and grateful to have technology leaders represented from AWS, Google, Microsoft and Oracle. by @theunlikely

HANGAR was never just about the venue. It was about the people in the room.

This past weekend, we had the privilege of bringing together an extraordinary community of family offices, investors, CEOs, executives, aviation leaders, entrepreneurs, and friends for an evening built around one simple belief:

Great opportunities begin with great relationships.

What made HANGAR special wasn't simply the setting. It was the willingness of so many remarkable people to invest their time, share ideas, make introductions, and build meaningful connections that will continue long after the evening ended.

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible partners who helped make this experience possible.

This past week in Rome, I had the tremendous honor of being knighted by Prince Lorenzo de’ Medici.

It is difficult to put into words what this recognition means to me. Not because of the title itself, but because of what it represents: a commitment to service, community, character, and the responsibility that comes with leadership.

Standing alongside an extraordinary group of fellow knights from around the world was a reminder that meaningful impact is never built alone. It is built through years of dedication, trusted relationships, shared values, and a vision that extends beyond ourselves.

This moment is not a finish line. It is a reminder to continue the work, to serve with integrity, to build stronger communities, and to leave every person, organization, and place better than we found it.

My sincere gratitude to Prince Lorenzo de’ Medici, my fellow knights, and everyone who has been part of this journey.

Monaco F1 🇲🇨

One of the most remarkable parts of this week wasn’t the race itself. It was the people around it.

Over the course of a dinner, we brought together family offices, sovereign wealth and investors from Shanghai to San Francisco, and many places in between. What made the conversations so unique was the blend of perspectives around the table. Multi-century family offices sitting alongside first-generation wealth creators, each with different experiences but often remarkably similar values.

The most meaningful discussions were not about the next quarter or even the next year. They were about legacy, stewardship, relationships, and what thoughtful planning looks like over the next 10, 20, or even 50 years.

These are the conversations that rarely happen in public, yet often shape what comes next.

Grateful to everyone who joined us and shared their time, insights, and perspectives.

And a special thank you to Anahi Monaco for the incredible hospitality throughout the week.

The race lasts a weekend. Great relationships can last generations. taken in Monaco - Monte Carlo by @theunlikely

An incredible few days at the Cross Border Family Office event in NYC. Where UAE Family offices met the Western FO’s.

Jerry Rice reminded us that greatness is earned through relentless consistency. Tyrese talked about being “delusional” enough to believe in your vision until the world catches up.

The conversations moved from leadership and performance to sovereign wealth, AI, infrastructure, and the future of global capital. But the biggest takeaway was simple:

Relationships come first.

Trust is built over time. Precision matters. The strongest opportunities come from people who continue to show up for one another long before a transaction ever exists.

Grateful for every conversation, every new relationship, and everyone helping shape what’s next.

The journey continues. taken in New York City by @theunlikely

Build yourself then build your community 🤍

Meaningful change begins within, with who you become and the impact you choose to create

Building Capacity by @theunlikely brought together leaders shaping the future of Texas through AI, energy, infrastructure, and collaboration

As Head of Partnerships at Crowley Capital, it was an honor to bring the Center for Child Protection on as our Philanthropic Partner, helping amplify their mission and the work they do to protect and educate future generations 🤍

Grow with purpose, lead with courage, and lift others as you rise

The Hilton family, a reminder that what we build today can live far beyond us

The future is built together, so build yourself, build capacity, build your community

Educate today to protect our tomorrow @center4cp

Constrúyete a ti mismo y después construye tu comunidad

Orgullosa de ti, JC, siempre 🤍 taken in Austin, Texas by @theunlikely

The Super Bowl was never really just about the game.

As @laurelmintz said best, this weekend was about attending every event, except the Super Bowl. (The game? A good reminder that preparation always shows)

San Francisco was about people.
About partnership.
About sitting across from someone you’ve only spoke over Zoom and realizing the next chapter just unlocked.

Speaking before the panel alongside @anu_nike22, @sabeerbhatia.official, and @siliconzombies was a highlight, powerful room, real conversations, and a great story about aqibtalib21. Excellent timing to catch up with Nia who joined @stephencurry30’s fund. Grateful to Laurel for the continued leadership and to @justaskelle, who somehow strengthened half the city’s connective tissue in just two weeks. @thatchriskelly

Time with institutional LPs and our family offices, the kind of conversations you simply can’t replicate virtually, was the true win. When capital alignment happens face to face, something shifts. Great catching up with @davidchenpanda and @jonathanbrierre for their well executed event, more to come on helping ex players financial governance.

Hearing @raylewis speak about his foundation reminded me that impact scales far beyond balance sheets. Attending @leighsteinberg gathering added another layer, sports, leadership, capital, service, all intersecting in one city. @welter47

And as always, good to see my friend @shaunakmali. Some relationships just anchor the journey.

Trips like this don’t just create deals.
They accelerate trajectories. by @theunlikely

Grateful to have shared the stage with @bradhilton47 and @realmonadas for a conversation on legacy branding, and long-term vision.

The biggest takeaway:

A real brand is not built for attention.

It is built for memory.

It is built through trust, consistency, taste, and the decisions you make when no one is watching.

We talked about what it means to create something that lasts beyond the current market cycle, the current trend, or the current moment. The kind of brand that carries weight because it is rooted in identity, not performance.

Thank you to @jonathanbrierre and @davidchenpanda for bringing this together and creating a room where the conversation could go deeper. by @theunlikely
