I was facing C5–C7 disc herniations and told that putting a rod in my neck could be in my future.

But I kept asking questions. I kept learning. And I chose to explore every responsible option available to me with professional guidance.

BPC-157/TB500 became one tool within the larger approach I used throughout my healing journey. This reel is my personal experience, not a promise that one peptide will create the same outcome for everyone.

Now, BPC-157 and TB500 have taken an important step forward.

The FDA’s Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee voted to recommend that BPC-157and TB500 be added to the 503A Bulks List. This is not final FDA approval, but it could create a pathway for licensed 503A pharmacies to compound patient-specific prescriptions under physician oversight once the FDA completes its final process.

This is why our voices, education and advocacy matter.

Responsible access does not mean removing safeguards. It means creating safer pathways with qualified providers, reputable pharmacies and informed patients.

One of the biggest shifts in my life has been learning that I don’t have to control everything. ✨
