Instructor Spotlight: Kayla 🪩

Meet Kayla, our lead TFR instructor and a familiar face across all three modalities at The Vault. 🤍 Whether she’s bringing the heat, challenging you to push a little harder, or cheering you on through that final 8-count, Kayla brings her own energy and passion to every class she teaches. Get to know the girl behind the mic. 🔐

A little note from Kayla herself…

“Movement has always been such a big part of my life, and getting to turn that passion into teaching means so much to me. My background in dance has shaped the way I teach, from bringing music and creativity into my classes to making every movement feel intentional. There’s something so special about watching people grow in their confidence and seeing them leave class feeling better than when they walked in. I’m so passionate about creating that experience for others and making movement something people genuinely look forward to!⭐️💖”

365 days of The Vault. 🔐🧁

One year ago, we opened our doors with a vision of creating something that felt different. A space to move, sweat, grow, connect, and feel like the best version of yourself.

And somehow, in just one year, this little studio has become so much more than we ever could’ve imagined. 🥹

From our very first classes, to packed rooms, new faces becoming familiar ones, late nights, early mornings, events, collabs, challenges, milestones, and about a million memories in between, every photo in this post holds a little piece of our first year.

To every client who booked a class, brought a friend, wore the merch, showed up for an event, hyped us up, trusted our instructors, or simply chose to spend an hour of their day with us… you built this place right alongside us.

And to our team– the heart behind The Vault, thank you for caring about this studio like it’s your own and for making the magic happen every single day.

Our first year will forever be one for the books. And if this is only year one… we can’t wait to see what we unlock next. 🔐

Happy 1st birthday to our favorite girl. We love you, TVP. 🤍🎂
