Save this for your next trip!! You’ll get what I mean when I say this place has the craziest, most special energy. It’s the only place where I feel like I can truly exhale and let it alllll go 🥭🥥✨

Having a closet consisting exclusively of beachwear & bikinis for the rest of my life is something I’m more than okay with 👙 by @theventiblonde

Always a yap fest with wildlife interruptions, 3 business plans before 9am, and mosquitos eating us alive every 2 seconds but all that aside creativity does flow so easily here. Just the happiest 💫

You really have to get over your fear of creepy crawlies before visiting Costa Rica. When you hear about it being home to 5% of the world’s biodiversity, you actually do see it 🦋🌿🦥🪲

All jokes aside, it’s a total blessing and pretty cool seeing so many unique insects and wildlife (except cockroaches they’re a jump scare every single time) by @theventiblonde

The photos that never made it to the feed 🌅 by @theventiblonde

Pura vida maxxing might just be my new favourite wellness ritual, and it doesn’t include taking 20+ supplements daily or expensive biohacking treatments.

It looks more like spending lots of time outside, prioritizing fresh air and sunshine (especially morning sun without SPF), eating local/organic REAL foods like meat, eggs, raw dairy, fruits, vegetables (and maybe an @organico.nosara chocolate chip cookie every so often), daily dips in the ocean, drinking fresh coconut water for electrolytes, connecting with like minded people, spending time around so many beautiful animals. This does WONDERS for your health and nervous system, it really is just that simple 🫐🥥🥝

Missing Nosara so much already. Living there for a year (in total) has truly made the biggest impact on my health.
