Ring ringgggg 📱 who’s in the market for real estate in Nokomis, Florida?! 🦈

I have townhomes in Nokomis, FL available starting mid 200’s and single family houses starting mid 500’s… both neighborhoods are quickly approaching close out 🫣 Tiburon (Spanish for shark) by Taylor Morrison… ask for Victoria, like the secret 🆚

And did I mention I have $10,000 realtor bonuses (on too@of your 3% commission) still available for my all star agents who sell homes that can close this year… tons of opportunities for all, give me a call! ☎️ by @thevictorianvision

I have a habit of trying to make light of really serious situations, so excuse my humor about the collecting cool bracelets… but I’ve already written out a whole long thing that Instagram decided to delete, so we’re going to try this again.

The last few days have been the scariest of my life. Halloween or not.

Saturday, while at work, in the middle of selling a house, I kept passing out. Between the physical pain, difficulty breathing, and feeling completely disconnected from reality, I genuinely thought I was having a heart attack. It was terrifying. I remember thinking I was physically going to die right there on the floor of my office. Never in my life have I experienced anything remotely like it.

Thanks to the quick response of my coworkers, and the paramedics who responded on scene, I got the immediate medicalattention I needed. But after being safely returned home, things took another turn. I slipped into what became a 48-hour period of being largely unresponsive. When my parents found me at home this morning, they rushed me to the hospital, where extensive labs and testing were done to try to understand what was happening and why my body was reacting this way.

Thankfully, I’m now stable enough to have been released from the hospital. The bigger question of WHY is still unanswered, but we’ve been able to establish a potential connection to a gastrointestinal condition I’ve had since childhood. It’s at least a starting point and gives us a direction to investigate as I get the appropriate specialists involved.

To anyone who’s been trying to reach me over the last few days, please don’t take my lack of response personally. I’m slowly working through all the messages and missed calls. I’m also pretty bummed to have missed Halloween 2026, but health always comes first.

I am beyond grateful for the family and friends I have. Specifically, my coworker Molly, who I was fairly certain was about to have to bear witness to me passing away on the floor of our office. (A Halloween horrorneither of us signed up for.)

If there’s one thing this experience has reminded me, it’s that none of us are invincible, even when we sometimes feel that way.

welcome to today’s yap vid if you care to listen/read….

as I learn & grow I realize that I can only entertain relationships that are rooted in a deep sense of love, empathy, & understanding 👐🏼

no one is perfect.
but being committed to growing & being better for yourself & for those around you is also a lifestyle choice.

when you choose (bc it is a CHOICE) to NOT work on a relationship… that is your right, of course, but don’t be shocked when you’re left with shallow relationships & interactions. all good things require work, effort, forgiveness, love, sugar & spice and everything nice. part of being human is figuring it out as you go. highly recommend surrounding yourself w people who encourage that rather than punish it. 🦋 by @thevictorianvision

HUGE SHOUTOUT TO LUKE!!! Thank you for caring for my son and taking him on the trip of a lifetime. I feel like Mickey has seen more of the US than some adult humans now lmao.

I’m so happy you guys were able to create so many incredible memories together all across the US on such a spur of the moment, random, fun, not so little roadtrip from Florida to Texas and back hahaha 🛻 You’re the best. It was genuinely so lovely knowing Mick was in such great hands while I was working out in the woods hahaha. Mickey loves you. So do I! Thank you thank you thank you. @lukethemarketer by @thevictorianvision
