French macarons are one of my specialties!
I haven’t baked a batch in so long, hopefully sometime this summer I can bake some for @joeonthegocafe 🙈

💟 I am happy to officially announce The Violeta Bakery! 💟
•
💜The name Violeta comes from my great grandmother Tita (short for abuelita), Laura Violeta Guevara. In Ecuador they went after their middle names and for the longest time I had no idea Tita’s first name was Laura, my cousins and I all called her Tita and knew her name as Violeta. I always admired Tita she was the most amazing cook and taught all of the women in my family her amazing skills in the kitchen my mom grew up cooking with Tita her whole life. But Tita was also an extremely talented artist, I have many memories painting & drawing with her. When I first started this page I had no idea I would receive this much support! It has been just under 6 months now of me pursuing my baking journey and I love it so much. I have been working & making deliveries with @sensorylabbyasip and Justin offered to help me with all of the designs for The Violeta Bakery. We have so much exciting stuff coming soon in the future and I want to thank everyone again that has placed an order with me so far or supported me in anyway.
💜thank you everyone for the patience because it is just me doing all of the marketing, invoices, posts, and all the baking myself along with working & getting ready to transfer to finish school starting this summer so thank you everyone for understanding! taken in Joe On The Go Cafe by @thevioletabakery

🩵 MACARON RESTOCK @joeonthegocafe 🩵

🍓flavors available while they last: vanilla, vanilla strawberry, pistachio strawberry, & pistachio.

Our lucky first customer to buy a macaron this morning got to try my newest flavor strawberry pistachio because I wanted to get a good cross section photo so you can see the delicious jam filled pistachio macaron!! All she could say was, “speechless” 🥹

Strawberry lemon scones got glazed up with my signature lemon glaze, sends these scones to the next level!! I left half of this batch unglazed because a good plain scone with butter and jam is also amazing 😍
Grab one while they are still available @joeonthegocafe open 10am-3pm Tuesday-Friday

3 tier gluten free wedding cake I did for my beautiful friend! @thevioletabakery
Gluten free with 3 different flavors and fresh edible flowers from her families garden.
This is a fully doweled, tiered, supported wedding cake.
(This was my first ever tiered cake and I was so proud of how it turned out!)
I also did all of the French macarons and gluten free lemon cupcakes for the dessert table.
Their 1 year anniversary is coming up soon so congratulations to this amazing couple.
Thank you for ordering with Violeta bakery and trusting me with doing your wedding desserts!
