Honoring the artistry of being a woman 🔮🐉

The way we feel deeply.
The way we create from intuition.
The way we hold softness and power in the same body.

To be a woman is a ritual.
A daily devotion to your body, your cycles, your intuition, your becoming. We are magic 💫 by @thevioletvortex

🧿the power of eye gazing.

The first time I experienced it was in Tulum during a guided eye gazing meditation with a complete stranger. We sat across from each other, only a few inches apart, and looked directly into each other’s eyes. At first it felt uncomfortable and unfamiliar. Two people who knew absolutely nothing about each other, forced into stillness and presence.

And then something shifted.

The longer we held eye contact, the more the idea of “me” and “them” dissolved. I began to see myself in their eyes and a wave of emotion came over both of us. Without saying a word, without a single piece of personal history exchanged, we fell into a shared human experience. We cried together, deeply. It was not sadness in isolation, but a feeling of being seen, understood, and held by another soul who was once a stranger.

In that moment I felt the truth of our interconnectedness. The pain we carry is not only ours. The love we carry is not only ours. When you look long enough, you can feel someone’s story. You can feel their hope, their grief, their resilience. And in doing that, you recognize your own.

That day changed the way I understand healing and connection. It reminded me that when we let the walls fall, we see the human underneath. Eye gazing is more than a technique. It is a bridge. It is a return to humanness, to empathy, to presence.

I intend to carry this practice throughout my career as a counselor and facilitator. I want to create spaces where people feel seen and understood at the deepest level. Because if it is that powerful with a stranger, imagine what it can awaken between partners, friends, and family. Between souls that already share a connection.

There is something sacred about witnessing another soul with no words, no judgment, just presence.

We heal by seeing each other.
We heal by allowing ourselves to be seen.

We always said we’d swim all the way to the mountain peaks, far beyond where the waves break. And then the waves lifted us high, only to draw us back into the valley. But they carried us. We were safe. We were light. We were happy... We were free. @in_the_orange_glow your beautiful words 💫 by @thevioletvortex

The soul always knows the way🔮🌀
Your intuition is the quiet voice guiding you home;
to what that home is, is something found deep within the fabric of your own soul’s energetic framework.

A purposeful life begins when we align with that inner, divine, and powerful wisdom.
when we stop searching outside ourselves and start listening within.
The answers are already there. We just have to remember.

True happiness and fulfillment aren’t found in chasing more,
but in following the path your soul already knows.

A beautiful hidden cenote I first discovered 2 years ago has become one of my special places here in Tulum…
A safe place. A space of creativity and deep connection.
A place where silence speaks.
What we soon began to call our “fountain of ideas.” @in_the_orange_glow

The moments I’ve lived there and the memories created and shared with others can’t be described any other way than magic and beautiful synchronicity. I hold them in my heart forever.

Floating in those waters… in that stillness, the nervous system calms, the body surrenders, and the soul softens.
The cenote becomes a mirror, a portal — inviting you back home to yourself. Where your inner voice rises with clarity, whispering your purpose and passions.

One day, I hope to guide therapeutic floating sessions in these natural sanctuaries — @violetsky._
spaces of healing, presence, and transformation.

Cenotes have a presence of both light and darkness, yet there’s something so sacred about these waters.
Time slows down.
And for a moment… everything feels right. by @thevioletvortex

The vision came to me and @in_the_orange_glow while floating in the sacred cenotes of the Riviera Maya, deep in Tulum; where the silence was louder than my thoughts and the water felt like a womb of renewal. One day, I hope to guide therapeutic floating sessions in these natural sanctuaries.

Imagine somatic therapy, breathwork, and mindfulness all held by crystal-clear, ancient waters. In that stillness, the nervous system calms, the body surrenders, and the soul softens. The cenote becomes a mirror, a portal; inviting you back home to yourself.

This is where healing happens; not just in words, but in the sacred portals of cenotes.
