I created the Virtual Business School because I realized that there was a gap in the market for people looking to learn more in business WITHOUT spending an insane amount of money.

So I decided to become the solution.

And I never could have predicted the response I got.

Business owners of ALL levels were joining & they were having wins.

Not just small wins… they were bringing in life-changing results from the things that they were learning in the Virtual Business School.

I did not have the extra time to start a new company, but I knew that it was an opportunity to help elevate those around me to achieve success as well.

Every dream you have is going to come through a person:

The client who refers five more.

The host who books you on their podcast.

The friend who says “you HAVE to meet her.” You can’t plan most of those moments, but you can put yourself in the rooms where they happen.

Who’s a woman who opened a door for you? Thank her in the comments! by @thevirtualbusinessschool

Most business owners go looking for new leads before they’ve talked to the people who already know them.

It’s backwards.

The closer someone is to you, the more they already trust you, and the faster they say yes.

So start there.

Current clients.

Past clients.

Referral partners.

People who told you “not right now” a few months ago.

Work through that list every day before you spend a single dollar on ads.

This is the first thing we teach inside Virtual Business School, and our members are always surprised how many sales were sitting right in front of them.

Winners behave like champions before they start winning.
That’s how they become champions.
Before I built my business, I was an NFL cheerleader.
I’m not on the field anymore, but I learned an awful lot about business and life from that experience.
You have to train for your business the way an athlete trains for their sport.
Because it is your sport.
What you do in the practice arena every day, quietly, when no one is watching, determines what happens when your big moment of opportunity comes.
The daily reps.
The invitations you send when you don’t feel like it.
The follow-up that happens after the initial outreach.
The discipline to keep going before you see the results.
What’s one rep you’re committing to every day this November? by @thevirtualbusinessschool

A prospect you really wanted to work with went quiet.
Most business owners either never follow up again or send a pushy “just checking in.”
Here’s a script that works instead:
“Hey [NAME], I really enjoyed connecting and learning about your goal to [THEIR GOAL]. I know [THEIR GOAL] is important to you, so I wanted to share a few client updates from our community this week. [WINS THAT MATCH WHAT THEY WANT.] If you still want to achieve [THEIR GOAL] by [THEIR TIMEFRAME], I’m excited and ready to help you make it a reality. If it’s still a priority, just hit reply and let’s find a time to talk about next steps.”
It works because it’s about them.
It reminds them what they wanted.
It shows proof that it’s possible.
And it makes it easy to say yes without any pressure.
Follow-up is where most sales are won.
The top performers are always the ones with the most consistent follow-up, never the most “talented” salesperson.
We release scripts like this constantly inside Virtual Business School.

One of our members joined Virtual Business School and spent her first week wrapping her head around the Dream 1000 and the Miracle Hour.
Then she got organized and started sending outbound messages.
First, to former clients.
Just checking in.
One wrote back asking if she offered help with something specific.
She didn’t offer it publicly, but she had a ton of experience with it.
They hopped on a call that Friday.
And that client said yes to $4,000 for 4 months of coaching.
She said it herself...she would have left that money on the table if she hadn’t reached out.
Corporations and big companies get this right.
They focus on past customers just as much as new ones, and it’s faster and easier than closing a stranger.
There is GOLD in your past client list.
Pull it up today and start reconnecting.

Kristin had been struggling with her Trust Building Offer for a while.
She kept testing ideas and nothing was landing.
Then she changed the question she was asking herself.
Instead of trying to build something people could stay in forever, she asked what 30-day win she could give them that would propel them forward.
She launched it as a beta on a Monday morning with a limited number of spots and a reason to act now.
Within 3 days, 6 of the 10 spots were filled and she had $2,000 in her account.
Four of those buyers came from her own internal buyers list.
Maria came from the opposite direction.
She had always been exclusively high ticket.
She built a trust builder, got her team doing the Miracle Hour daily, and has now closed 2,100 sales into it, plus 4 corporate licensing deals.
In her words, consistency, discipline, clarity of outcomes and REAL results are the key.

A lot of business owners build a low-ticket offer that’s too broad.
It solves such a big problem that people feel confident enough to just stay there.
They never need anything else from you.
Your Trust Builder should solve one itty-bitty, specific problem that keeps people stuck.
Get them from stuck to unstuck.
The moment they get that win, two things happen.
They trust you, because you delivered.
And they start wondering what else you could help them with.
That’s when you invite them to your bigger offer, and the sale gets so much easier because they’re already a customer who’s had a result with you.
You can have ten of these micro offers if you want, each one solving a different stuck point and each one connected to your big offer.
This is the model we’re teaching inside Virtual Business School right now, and our members are using it to sell more mid and high-ticket without living on sales calls.

As a leader, you will be misunderstood, judged and disliked.
You’ll be forced to choose between two decisions constantly, and both will leave someone frustrated with you.
You won’t always be able to explain yourself.
Sometimes you can’t.
There are landmines everywhere, and you have to walk the line, make the right call and do the best you can for everyone involved.
The truth is most people don’t want what comes with leading.
But if you want to impact and influence at a high level, you have to own the role and accept the
The applause and the criticism will come and go.
The assignment doesn’t.
So put on your battle shield, get in the arena and lead. by @thevirtualbusinessschool

When someone doesn’t buy your premium offer, it usually has nothing to do with money.
The thing you’re overcoming is TRUST.

Most people have this waaaay backwards…

You don’t want people who can’t afford you (that leads to unhappy clients, no pays, and churn).

You want people to check you out, be blown away by your results, and become clients for life.

A front-end “trust building offer” is an easy yes that comes before your premium program, and it has four jobs:

1. Bridge buyers to your premium offer
2. Deliver a tangible win in the first 30 days
3. Sell without a sales call
4. Reverse the risk

Most land around $100 on a payment plan, or under $1K upfront.

When it’s built right, people get a real result from you before they ever spend serious money with you.

By the time you invite them to the next level, they already trust you...and the next sale gets so much easier.

A Trust Building Offer is not a price cut.
It’s how you earn the right to the bigger yes. by @thevirtualbusinessschool

Every one of these wins started with the same thing.

A simple, daily rhythm.

They knew EXACTLY what to do each day to get the conversations started and the deals DONe.

Karla turned a few focused days into $1,300 in private tutoring sales, with more coming in by the end of the week.

Marilyn signed someone she met through her podcast, and the invoice was already paid by the end of that week.

Nikki reached out to students from more than 10 years ago and now has over 70 real conversations going.

Jill ended the month with a 100% renewal rate in both her mid ticket and high ticket programs.

Simple, repeatable and ANYONE on your team can run it.

None of them found a “hack.”

It was as simple as working the people already in their world, making real invitations and following up (which, lets be honest, most never do).

That’s the essence of the Miracle Hour strategy, and we do it LIVE together every single week inside Virtual Business School.
