📖 Story time: I was prepping for the NPC Natural Titans show in September. Went to a posing class held by my coach last weekend and she said ‘ we aren’t waiting six weeks. You’re ready NOW. Let’s pick a show.’ Thought on it, prayed about it, and picked a show.

One week later I’m the Tennessee State Bikini Champion. How?! Because I have the BEST hype crew in the world who believes in me more than I do myself at times 🥹💎

To all my friends that ARE family - I’ve never felt more supported, loved, and encouraged 💕
Let’s see what’s next! 💪🏼

THANK YOU-
NPC Tennessee

After years of competitive body building, I want to share my knowledge and passion with women and young girls. I believe we are blessed with health and perfectly designed bodies, and we should be good stewards of our bodies through proper nutrition and strength training.

In addition to one on one training sessions at Kingdom Strength Studio, I also offer nutrition plans, in-home training, and educational classes.
