Sabrina TV Show…. 😝 Ok, well not exactly but if I do have one, it would look a lot like this. One month on from the launch of my ninth book Persiana One, i wanted to share some behind the scenes footage from some of the recipe teasers that we’ve filmed. I say WE because it takes a full team to get the Sabrina train on the tracks and running smoothly and I’ve worked with this team for a few years now and it’s ALWAYS an absolute bundle of fun and they are just brilliant. Who knows? One day, maybe you’ll see the real deal come your way… but for now, recipe teasers and some thoroughly delicious meals are coming your way!

Farmer J - ‘Farm to Fieldtray’

One from the mini series we created with director @joshhine to hero the fresh ingredients that go into a Farmer J dish. We experienced all seasons in one day over on the Isle of Wight and particularly enjoyed the Frank Sinatra tribute act at our hotel 😅

Ahead of the release of her memoir, we had the privilege of travelling to Paris to film Gisèle Pelicot with @vintagebooks. A truly unforgettable shoot.

Proud of our small but mighty crew for handling this shoot with the care it deserved. We had a live translation feed sent to a remote gallery to keep personnel on set to a minimum and put real focus on creating a safe space for everyone involved.

We delivered a suite of assets for social platforms and various global markets.

As huge @padella_pasta fans we were pumped to shoot the cookbook and it didn’t disappoint. We created a warm, sunny top-down scene to hero the family-style pasta dishes, as well as getting up close and personal for the shaping, making and plating some of @timsiadatan’s favourite recipes from the book 🍝

Sound on 🔊

What does a year’s worth of content look like in 30 seconds?

Lots of recipes on the go. One day. Three humans. A lot of coffee, plant powered food and good vibes to keep us going!

@thevisualsteam bring the cameras and wizardry, @bettinas_kitchen (aka moi) brings the food, flavour and game plan and together we’ve built a workflow that’s insanely efficient and genuinely so much fun to be part of over the years!

It’s the dream combo for brands who want scroll-stopping, digestible food content made by a small, tight-knit crew that actually cares about the details.

Got a product that deserves to be heroed on screen? Shout if you’ve got food content you want cooking up and we’ll get our chef hats on.

Looking forward to creating more magic in 2026.

Let's go!!!

Ps:Tagged are some of the wonderful brands we have had the great pleasure of working with.

Sound design breakdown for the CADDY ⍟

For the sewing machine, we stacked a range of mechanical effects (clocks, cogs, gears, Nintendo cartridges, ironing boards, VW Caddy engine idling) to build a unique operating texture. And we went big with an intentionally over-the-top, Hot Fuzz-inspired hook to set the tone.

We wanted to hone in on the various soundscapes of each environment, giving each scene a unique ‘flavour’, with playful elements woven 😏throughout.

For the bicycle shot, as well as the obligatory ‘ring ring’, we sourced a sound of a stolen Lime bike (Londoners will know) which pans from right to left as the bike swings by.

The 4x3 viewfinder aesthetic gave us creative licence to dabble with some nice film flash transitions and sounds to motivate these cuts.

Our @rodemic Wireless Pro helped ground the soundscape, providing clean location audio for syncing off-camera footsteps and layering the different textures of each scene. We hid mics around the CADDY to capture a range to play with in post and blended in SFX from @epidemicsound.

The film builds toward a hit with the music (muted for this post) for the final reveal of the flag, punctuated by a low sub which signals a shift in pace. Layers of nature sounds (wind, birds, trees, city ambience) are introduced and crescendo to a head with 8mm film and slide projector to finish.
