🌿INTRODUCING: Kay Genton🌿
.
.
🦋 Mezzo-Soprano/ #51 🦋

🪻 Senior Music Director/ Senior grand Director/ Co-arranger 🪻

🐛 Hi, I’m Kay. I’ve been alternating between the roles of Music Director and Grand Director for the last few years, and I’ve been involved with Voicebox since 2019. I’m one half of our collaborative arranging duo with Jason. Outside of being an a cappella arranger and educator, I’m a jazz vocalist. I’m extremely passionate about it and spend most of my time shedding. When I’m not doing that, I’m watching a movie (often with Conner). I *love* film. I also collect clocks (and scary dolls but we don’t have to talk about that) and have a special interest in animatronics. I just bought my first one last Halloween—Wanda Webworth is a great greeter for our guests. Jordin, Jason, Conner, and I all live together. They’re very accepting of my bizarre taste in décor. 🐛

🪵 VP, Tenor/ #54 🪵

🪲 Graduated • Music 🪲

🌾 Senior Executive Director/ Co-arranger 🌾

🌱 Being a part of Voicebox for the past 5 years has taught me so much about my love and passion for music. Getting to share every special moment singing and creating art with the people I love has been the absolute highlight of my collegiate career. Outside of Voicebox, I teach private music lessons and love shooting hoops, playing video games, and spending time with my friends and family. 🌱

🌙 Tenor 1/ #62 🌙

🪶 Graduated • Visual Communication 🪶

🍄‍🟫 Senior Artistic Director 🍄‍🟫

🌾 Music has always been a passion of mine both inside and outside of Voicebox. I especially enjoy songwriting and production. I also dabble in visual media/graphic design, and as AD it was incredibly fulfilling to help shape our group’s narrative and translate concepts into compelling visuals through promo materials, photoshoots, and more. Dance is another creative outlet I love and working with Lyndi to create intentional choreography for our art has been so special. 🌾

🌿INTRODUCING: Vianna Perez-Prada 🌿

🪻 Alto 1/ #64 🪻

🪱 Graduated • Interdisciplinary Studies 🪱

🍄 Throughout college, VoiceBox was my creative sanctuary. When I first joined, I never imagined the amazing friendships I’d forge or the absolute stunning music we’d create together. What I cherish most is that we don’t just perform beautiful songs for the sake of it, we weave magical stories that truly resonate with our audiences and inspire others so deeply. Being part of VoiceBox has been nothing short of transformative, and I will be forever grateful to have had the privilege to be part of a group that shares such a deep passion for our art as creatives. I love you forever VoiceBox. 🍄

🪲 Music Director 🪲

🪺 Junior • Film BFA 🪺

🪶 Hi! I’m Conner, and one of my favorite parts about being in Voicebox is our set crafting process. From building the story, to arranging, to choreography, I love how each element works together to bring the group’s vision to life. Outside of the group, I love music and movies. I’m excited to continue telling stories and sharing our art in the coming year! 🪶

🌿INTRODUCING: Lyndi Floyd-Sweet🌿

🪾 Soprano/ #70 🪾

🪻 Artistic Director 🪻

🦋 Junior • Musical Theatre 🦋

🥀 I’m Lyndi! I’m honored to be the Artistic Director of Voicebox, telling stories through music is one of the greatest passions of my life. Whether it is Theatre or Voicebox, evocative storytelling is a staple of all art I am involved with. When I’m not in rehearsal, I am most likely working on a crochet project or another one of the 10 crafts I have in rotation at all times :) 🥀
