You want to be seen for your work.

You don't want your private life on display.

Good news. You don't have to choose.

Every senior woman already tells stories. In board updates. In promotion talks. When she explains a hard call to her team.
The story isn't the problem. The shape is.

Here are 5 story shapes for women leaders, and what each one lets you keep private:

1. Before → After → Bridge
For a change you led. Keep private: names and numbers.

2. Challenge → Choice → Outcome
To show your judgement. Start with this one. Keep private: the client and the deal.

3. Setup → Conflict → Resolution
For a case study, step by step. Keep private: anything that could identify the organisation.

4. Context → But → Therefore
For the update nobody reads. Keep private: the internal details. Keep the lesson.

5. Once → Every day → Until
To build trust before you ask for anything. Keep private: everything except one honest moment.

The rule: decide what stays private first. Then pick the shape.

Try this today.
Rewrite your last work update as Context → But → Therefore.
Three lines. See which version you'd stop scrolling for.

Save this for your next post. Send it to the sister who keeps saying "I'll post when I'm ready.

Want help finding the one story that gets you seen? DM us "STORY".

Day 3 of 100 — The Istiqama Protocol
(Mistaked as day 4)

October to December is my Winter Arc.

Not a season for doing everything.
A season for becoming consistent with what matters.

Niyyah. One clear intention.
Amal. One small action every day.
Muhasabah. Check in. Adjust. Continue.

No dramatic transformation.
No waiting for motivation.

Just 90 days of showing up.

What you sow this winter can become what you live next year. 🌱

October → December.
Small steps. Steady work. Istiqamah.

If you're doing your own Winter Arc, tell me what you're building.

Everyone is telling women to open Canva and sell a digital product.

But before you make the product, there’s a more important question

What do you actually have to offer?

Your niche doesn’t always come from a course you bought or a trend you found online.
It can come from the things you’ve spent years learning.

Your work.
Your experiences.
Your skills.
The things people ask you for help with.

Even the things you had to figure out the hard way.

Start there.

Then ask yourself:
→ What do I know?
→ What am I good at?
→ Who can I help?
→ What problem can I solve for them?
→ How can I turn that knowledge into something useful?

Canva is a tool.

Your knowledge is the asset.

And you might already have more to build from than you think.

Comment “NICHE” and I’ll send you the exercise to help you find yours.

There comes a point when you have to stop waiting to feel ready and start listening to yourself again.

You have to choose to become her.

The woman with something to say.
The woman who trusts what she knows.
The woman who gives her ideas a life beyond herself.

Because no one’s coming to save you.
You have to choose yourself.

Give your ideas, experiences and stories somewhere to go.

Make space for the voice you’ve been putting aside.

Becoming her begins when you decide to show up for her.

You don't need more motivation.

You need more space.

Space to think without constantly producing.
Space to hear yourself beneath everyone else's expectations.
Space to ask, “Do I actually want this, or have I just become good at carrying it?”

Sometimes the next version of you isn't waiting for another push.

She's waiting for you to stop running long enough to notice her.

The algorithm rewards visibility. Allah rewards intention.

One is temporary. The other can outlive you.

Somewhere along the way, we've been convinced that authority comes from posting more.

It doesn't.

Authority is built when your message is clear enough to guide, your story is honest enough to connect, and your presence is consistent enough to earn trust.

That's why we don't start with content.

We start with strategy.

Then psychology.

Then narrative.

Then presence.

Because your business isn't just a way to earn an income.

For a Muslim entrepreneur, it's also an amanah.

The knowledge Allah has given you... The experiences He has carried you through... The lessons He has taught you...

They're not meant to stay hidden.

They're meant to become a source of benefit.

Content may earn attention.

But intention, clarity, and service build a legacy.

May Allah allow us to create work that benefits people long after we're gone, and make it a source of ongoing reward for us. Ameen.

The world tells you that success should cost you your peace.
Islam doesn't.

Somewhere along the way, we started believing that burnout was proof of commitment. That if we weren't exhausted, we weren't working hard enough.

But Allah never asked us to build businesses by abandoning the life He entrusted to us.

At Voice of Becoming Studio, we believe authority isn't built despite motherhood, family, or responsibility.
It's built through them.

I write between school runs, nap times, and countless interruptions.

Not because I'm waiting for the perfect season.

Because this is my season.

If I can build a business from the middle of motherhood, you don't need a different life to begin.

You need to honour the one Allah has already given you.

Your circumstances aren't holding your story back.

They may be the reason someone believes it.

Every person has a story.
But not every story becomes a legacy.

Somewhere between living a life and leaving a mark is the work of becoming.

As Muslims, we believe every gift is an amanah—a trust from Allah. Our ideas, experiences, and wisdom are no different.
They aren't meant to be buried. They're meant to be used in ways that benefit others.

Voice of Becoming Studio was born from a simple belief:
Ideas deserve more than a post.

They deserve a voice.

A voice deserves more than attention.
It deserves identity.

And when identity is built with intention, sincerity, and service, it becomes a legacy that continues to benefit people long after we're gone.

This isn't about creating more content.

It's about building work that reflects who Allah created you to be—and creating something that continues to speak long after the algorithm moves on.

If you've ever felt that your experiences hold more value than you've been able to express...
Or you've wondered if your story could become a source of benefit for others...
You're in the right place.

Welcome to Voice of Becoming Studio.

Let's build stories that outlive algorithms and, by the permission of Allah, outlive us.

What's one lesson Allah has taught you through your journey that someone else needs to hear?
I'd love to read it. 🌿

Have you ever felt guilty for wanting something that wasn't for someone else?

Not more money.
Not more attention.

Just... something you knew Allah had placed inside you.

So many women spend years pouring into everyone around them.

Their homes.
Their children.
Their families.

Until one day, they quietly wonder:
"What happened to the woman Allah created me to be?"

Maybe rebuilding doesn't begin with a perfect plan.
Maybe it begins with remembering that the gifts Allah entrusted to you were never meant to stay buried.

One sincere intention.
One small step.
One quiet Bismillah.

🤍 Have you ever buried a dream because you thought it was selfish? I'd love to hear your story.

If nobody expected anything from you...

Would you still choose the life you're living today?

That question changed something in me.

For years, I built brands, books, and businesses for other people.

Mine stayed on pause.

I kept saying, "One day."

When life slowed down.

When I had more time.

When I felt ready.

But one day quietly became years.

I've learned that rebuilding isn't about changing careers.

It's about letting go of the identity you've outgrown and finally honouring the gifts Allah entrusted to you.

The first step rarely feels comfortable.

Sometimes it begins with nothing more than a quiet Bismillah and one honest step forward.

So tell me...

✨ If nobody expected anything from you, what would you start building today?

👇 I'd love to read your answer.

The internet has no shortage of smart people.
It has a shortage of people who can explain complex ideas simply.

That's why some founders become industry voices while others stay hidden.

Not because they know more.
Because they communicate better.

The goal isn't to impress people with everything you know.
The goal is to leave them with one idea they'll never forget.

Think about your favourite teacher.
Years later, you probably don't remember every lesson.
But you remember the way they made difficult things feel simple.

That's articulation.

And that's one of the most valuable skills you can build.

Because people don't pay for complexity.
They pay for clarity.

What's one complex idea you wish someone had explained more simply?
👇

Articulation.
Thought Leadership.
Communication.
Executive Presence.
Authority.
Storytelling.
Personal Branding.
Clarity.
Influence.
