Amores,
I am so excited to announce that I have opened up my healing space, The Waking Spirit! I am now taking appointments on a limited basis. I can’t tell you how happy this makes me!
During this time of transition, I have been to some dark, uncomfortable places in myself and I have found that some of the things I thought defined me don’t really hold up anymore. It’s time to let go of the dead weight and move forward. It’s time for me to stand in my truth and do the work that brings me joy. The work that feeds my soul. So, I take a deep breath and put one foot in front of the other. Let’s see where this road leads!

This is true for every single one of us. It cannot be taken away unless we give it away. But even then, we can always TAKE IT BACK! Find your strength and claim your power my beautiful friends! Live in the brilliant light and unconditional love of YOUR divinity!
Anxiety and self doubt have been my companions for most of my life. At an exceptionally dark time a few years ago I was given a very simple yet powerful gift. I was in a downward spiral of anxiety and doubt and I could feel another monster panic attack coming on. I found my self repeating, “I can’t do this! I can’t do this! I’m going to break!” And then I heard these words inside my head...”you are capable, strong, powerful and worthy. You are divine!”. This truth broke the loop I was stuck in and I was able to calm a bit and I began to chant those words instead. Letting them sink in until they became a declaration. “I am capable and strong! I am powerful and worthy! I am divine!”. This has become a key part of my daily practice. And has helped me through many dark times.
I will always be a work in progress but I know I’m a bit stronger today than I was yesterday and that feels good!
It is so important, on the daily, to remind ourselves and each other how amazing we truly are!
I Love all of you beautiful creatures!
