✅Newtech Shoulder Press Review✅ The On-Him (Newtechs pin select line) shoulder press review. Nice machine. Just not quite as unique as their other machines. Other people may find the grip options perfect for them. 7/10. Good machine. Not the best though. taken in The Palms Hotel & Casino by @thewarehousegyms

🤘Viking Press🤘 All 4 Warehouse Gyms have a Viking press. Most commercial gym chains don’t know what a Viking press is. I consider it the leg press for shoulders. It feels like a free weight movement without needing to balance and stabilize the weight. Just get under it and press. If you want to add size and power to your upper body this is a solid movement to add to your program. taken in The Warehouse 24/7 Gym Medina by @thewarehousegyms

✅New Machines and Old School Style✅ Megamass is a current equipment manufacturer. They make some incredible pieces both newly thought out designs as well as some old school remade variations. The clips here are of the leverage back and leverage chest machines. This style of leverage machines were originally made by a brand called Flex back in the late 1970s. Finding original Flex brand equipment is rare and quite valuable. These two pieces are brand new and nearly identical copies of the original designs. The chest supported row has a smooth movement pattern and the two handle options are perfect for maximum lat contraction. The second video (leverage chest) has a perfect converging movement pattern to maximize the contraction of your pecs as you press the handles forward toward full arm extension. All 4 Warehouse Gym locations have the leverage chest or the incline leverage chest. The Ontario Gym (location of the videos here) is the only gym with this exact leverage row. 👉Join 1 Warehouse Gym and you will have access to all 4 locations. One membership and you will have access to the biggest selection of handpicked gym equipment in Ohio!🤘 taken in The Warehouse 24/7 Gym Ontario by @thewarehousegyms

This 🥗 prep was by far the longest and hardest prep I’ve done, I started at 220 pounds and got down to 160 stage ⚖️ weight in 🗓️ 34 weeks. Never doing that again that really sucked lol but was definitely worth it in the end. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 My family, 👦👩🏼🧑friends and coach really helped me get through prep, if it wasn’t for them I honestly don’t know if I would be able to do it. 🏆Can’t wait to compete again next year and really focus on my weak points in this off season by @thewarehousegyms

✅The Best Equipment✅ There is nothing worse than walking into a gym and seeing 20-30 pieces of equipment, all the same color, all the same line and brand. No gym equipment manufacturer makes the best piece for every muscle group. We handpick all of the machines in the Warehouse Gyms. Each machine was selected due to its ability to target the intended muscle group. This video here is the Nautlius Xpload Compound Row. Most gyms don’t have a row like this. With the swivel handle and amazing resistance curve it taxes your lats unlike 99% of rows on the market. This piece is at the Medina Warehouse Gym. Join us and take your training to a new level!🔥 👉As always….hit the link in our bio and you can get a Day Pass for only $10 and instantly access the gym and get your workout in!! 24/7/365. No need to meet with staff or worry about staffed hours!😎 taken in The Warehouse 24/7 Gym Medina by @thewarehousegyms
