Welcome to the world, Archer Fox Thiel. 🤍

Our little dream baby arrived on Monday, October 5, 2026 at 12:09am. 🌙 Archie weighed in at 7lb13oz, 21” long, & has a head full of hair. We can’t believe he’s ours.

After nine months of imagining what his arrival might look like, labor unfolded a bit differently than I originally wanted. But delivery was still beautiful, raw, & life-changing. Nothing could have prepared me for the moment they laid him on my chest. Finally holding the little boy I’d spent so long dreaming about is a feeling I’ll carry with me forever.

These first few days have been a wild ride of highs, lows, & unknowns, but more than anything we’re soaking in the tender moments of learning this new little human. He has completely stolen our hearts & changed our lives in the best way.

We can’t wait for a lifetime of adventures with you, Archer. You are loved beyond words. by @theweekendfox

IT’S BABY MONTH!!! 🩵💙

It’s also *my* birthday month & if you know me, you know I love to celebrate October. It only makes sense that this sweet boy would be making his arrival during my favorite month of the year & I simply CANNOT WAIT TO MEET HIM!

When I found out I was pregnant (at 3 weeks + 3 days 😅) back in January, it felt like October was forever away. And while some days were really, really long, the weeks & months flew by. I am so honored that I’ve been able to spend the majority of my 36th year growing our son & preparing for the greatest adventure of our lives.

Our fur babies have been our world for years now & these photos are everything to me. They’ve been part of so many chapters of our lives, and getting to capture this last little stretch before they become big sisters feels especially sweet. They’ll always be our first babies, with their own very special place in our family. I can’t wait to watch our little boy grow up with these two by his side—& see how quickly he learns that the girls run this house. 🐾🩵😉

For years now, it has been the two of us building a life, chasing fun adventures, & dreaming about what might come next. Now we’re standing at the edge of our biggest adventure yet, trying to soak in these final weeks before everything changes in the most beautiful way..

We know we’re trading in our quiet nights, slow mornings, & last-minute decisions to do something wild, but we truly can’t wait to meet the little boy who has already made our world feel bigger. 💛🧡

I couldn’t be more grateful for all of the wonderful women in my life that constantly support me through every season & spoil me with so much love. I truly can’t wait for baby boy to meet all the people who already adore him so much. And to the aunties & loved ones that couldn’t make it, just know I could feel the love from afar. 🩵

And obviously had to have our first babies, Lola & Georgia, around for some of the celebrations. 🐾

Entering month 8 of carrying this baby boy & I’m feeling extra emotional about absolutely everything. But the way my heart continues to love this man a little harder every day is one of my favorite things. 🧡

Pregnancy hasn’t been all glowy & fun for me, but Nicholas has made my days about as easy as possible. I’m forever grateful for the way he loves on me, shows up for our family, & works his ass off to set things up for our future. It truly amazes me just how exhausting it can be to do nothing but exist right now, and not once has he ever made me feel like I’m not pulling my weight. He reminds me, constantly, that I’m doing something really hard & incredible which just makes me love my body & all that it’s doing even more.

I’m so happy I get to do this with you, @nickccthiel. Thank you for carrying our little family. 🩵💙

Celebrating Nicholas is easy. 🖤 we had the best crew join us in Ellijay, Georgia this past weekend for the ultimate bonding time as Nick turned 40, and it was even better than I could’ve imagined.

We had an itinerary filled with breweries, wineries, mountain biking, river tubing, & more but the best moments of the weekend were spent together in the home. From coffee on the couch together to midnight poker games, we all grew closer & laughed until we cried - every day & every night.

It wasn’t always easy being the pregnant girlie on the trip, but the way each of these humans treat this baby boy & me absolutely fills my heart. I’m beyond grateful for the love we’re surrounded by.

Here’s to 40, baby! I can’t wait to see you hold your son later this year & to take on this next season of life together. I hope you know just how loved you are.

If there’s one thing I’m learning through pregnancy, it’s to expect the unexpected. Every week has taught me something new about my body, my mind, and this sweet baby boy already changing my life before he’s even here.

I would’ve bet anything that I’d be the mama with terrible morning sickness (my mom had morning sickness with all 3 of us) - never happened. I also would’ve bet that I’d be the girl going for daily runs until my due date. That didn’t happen either.

Like any parent, I’m already learning to let go of the picture I had in my head and embrace the version that’s actually unfolding. And while seeing my body change has been WILD, it’s also been the coolest thing I’ve ever done in my life.

Anyone else get handed some odd cards in their pregnancy? We still have a ways to go so who knows what the third trimester will bring. 😅

Baby boy is (a little more than) half baked & fully loved. 🩵💙

Pregnancy continues to humble me & amaze me. A few things I wasn’t prepared for but hit me hard:

- Terrible sleep. Between insomnia & not being able to sleep as much on my stomach or back, it’s been rough. I’ve heard newborn sleep can somehow be better than pregnancy sleep so I’m holding onto that.
- How rapid my belly is growing now. I spent several weeks really trying to accentuate the bump so you could tell it was a baby. Now there’s now hiding this little guy. Is it possible to grow by the minute?
- The way pregnancy somehow makes your body feel incredibly strong & incredibly fragile at the exact same time.

I do know that I absolutely love getting the opportunity to grow this little human. I’m finally feeling him kick & that is my new favorite thing.

This feels really vulnerable to say, but this wasn’t always part of the plan. 🤍

There were versions of my life where I had kids early. And then there were versions where I maybe didn’t have them at all. For a long time, I lived somewhere in between. It only felt complicated when other people had such strong opinions.

When Nick & I got together 6 years ago, we were just so damn happy to keep moving through a full, free, & uncomplicated life. We genuinely loved it.

So there was no urgency, no pressure, no feeling like something was missing… Which is exactly why the shift mattered so much.

Because when it came, it didn’t feel like we were giving anything up. It felt like we were expanding something that was already really good. Really solid.

So while this might not have always been part of the plan… it was always unfolding on its own timeline. Some decisions just aren’t meant to be rushed. Some are meant to be grown into until one day, they feel entirely your own. 🤍 by @theweekendfox
