⚔️ “The Archfey of War” ⚔️My first piece of 2026 also happens to be the first piece I’ve made about The Archfey of War. This piece has really been resonating with me and it’s really cool seeing it come to life. The lore that I’m building for this one is really personal to me and is a reflection of someone who’s been fighting for too long, desperate for rest that they feel they will never get. It’s so hard for me to not keep this piece for myself. 🫠 This and more intricate chainmail pieces will be coming with me to @emeraldcitycomiccon in March! I will share these and more in depth lore as we move closer to con! Which Fae Chainmail are you excited to see? I’m making and redesigning all of the necklaces for all of the characters in The Weeping Fae. When The Corrupted Gates appeared everything changed. The offerings… the gifts… all of it. The Fae’s request became darker and more difficult to achieve and find and the exchanges more dangerous, taking the lives of many who desperately sought out their help. It was almost as if the Archfey were replaced by false visages of themselves, malevolent beings who consumed greedily instead of giving freely. Each request came with a warning, encouraging those who came to stay away, but after a sweet echo from within the gates would ring out, enticing them with sweet nothings and broken promises. It was almost as if they were doing this on purpose, keeping followers away from something else that was leeching its way into their chambers. The stench of death was becoming more and more evident each day they remained open. The Sages were forced to close the gates for centuries after this and no one has been able to open them since.What devastating turn of events caused this corruption, and why does it feel so inevitable?- From the journal of Reverie San Sebastian, The Artisan of Fallen Tears. The Gates have been revealed as the first Lore Drop is now available on my website! Thank you all for your patience! This drop has really limited stock as I prepare for the Ren Faire, but fear not! @oregonfaire went by in a blur and now I’m home thinking about how grateful I am for all of you! Thank you for continuing to support my art through every season. I’m really excited and hopeful for the future. As some of you know, I recently left my job working at the school to focus on TWF for the summer. I’m really nervous about diving in, but after seeing how many people were excited to see and support my art I feel so rejuvenated again. I will have time to truly focus on making some beautiful and unique pieces for @washingtonfaire while also being able to rest before it. I’m SO EXCITED!!!! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU and I hope to be back in the Vale of Dunrose again. Now off to prepare for our next adventure in the Village of Merriwick. We’ve got to get this to Dol Makjar…🧭 Arc 1 of C4 is complete! (I haven’t watched all of it yet so no spoilers pls!) With that it looks like we’ll have to wait till the end of summer for more adventures in Araman!
