Trust the work you’ve put in. Every rep, every correction, and every day you showed up is building something—even when the progress isn’t obvious yet.

Outside noise can’t measure your commitment. Stay focused on your development, stay open to coaching, and stop letting other people’s opinions shake your confidence.

When it’s time to compete, trust your preparation. You don’t have to be perfect to play with confidence. Be present, take on the challenge, and keep competing through mistakes. You’ve put your all into this—give yourself permission to show it 📚

Full out energy on the sidelines and bringing that energy on the court. Competing means bringing effort, focus, and toughness to every possession—even when your shot isn’t falling. Playing for one another means making the extra pass, setting a strong screen, helping on defense, and celebrating your teammate’s success with the same energy as your own.

* At 6’4”, he can see over smaller defenders and use his body to reach his spots.
* Change of pace: He slows a defender down, then accelerates into the gap. He rarely looks rushed, which gives him time to read the next defender.
* Midrange scoring: When a big stays back or a defender goes under a screen, Cade can stop and rise into a jumper. That shot makes it harder to guard his drives.
* Very controlled and consistent from 3 point range.
