Midlife isn’t a crisis, it’s an awakening…..

For many years I traveled to amazing destinations, this year I experiemented with inner travel and stumbled upon the most incredible destination…..myself.

Many miles of barefoot beach walks and moments of solitude became great companions on this journey.

Introducing Liesl, founder of @thewellderly and a client of ours! She’s one of the handful of baby boomers we have met that is not only refurbishing her physical-mental-emotional vitality, enabling greater health and exploration for herself and her clients, but also sought assistance from the younger generation to do so! 💓🤯

We are so proud and grateful for her and what she had to say about herself and our 3-Month “Design Your Dream Job & Start Traveling” course:

“Growing into a Wellderly and reinventing yourself for the second half of your life will require of you to step out of your comfort zone and consciously design a life true to yourself. Once you have the plan ready, you need to learn to manifest, a skill I needed to learn from a younger generation. Undo the idea that it only takes grinding to achieve. There are valuable tools, tips and tricks to learn and habits to install. Learn from the experts, Jesse and Catherine.” 🙏🙌

We wish for all of our parent’s generation to think like Liesl, for no doubt is she going to achieve her dreams of traveling the world enabling other Wellderly to get healthier! We are planning to do a retreat with her and others (maybe you!) in France sometime next year!
