Feelings can feel so overwhelming in the moment, but they’re temporary. My mom used to say, “Feelings are like clouds..they’re always passing.” And she was right. The sadness, the anxiety, the doubt..they’re not permanent. They come and go, and you don’t have to hold onto them. Just breathe through it, let it pass, and remember that you’re bigger than this moment. Peace will always find its way back to you.

The biggest game-changer in relationships? Choosing yourself!!!!!!!!!every single time!!!!! When you know your worth, set boundaries, and refuse to accept anything less than what you deserve, everything shifts. You stop chasing, over-explaining, or settling for half-hearted love. Instead, you create space for the right person to show up and meet you at your level. The most powerful thing you can do is prioritize your own happiness, because the right relationship will never require you to abandon yourself.

Finding the right therapist has been such a journey for me, and I’ve learned it’s definitely not a one-size-fits-all thing. It takes time to find someone who really clicks with you. someone who understands where you’re coming from, communicates in a way that feels right, and makes you feel safe enough to be open.

Honestly, it’s usually not instant, and sometimes it takes a few tries before you find the right fit. And that’s totally okay. It’s all part of the process. The right therapist can make a huge difference in your healing and growth, so don’t rush it…trust the journey.

In other words, your thoughts are like cosmic waves that carry your life force with them and if you want to change something in your life, you’ll need to change your mind.

we have a unique ability to consciously control our thoughts and direct our life force by aligning our own vibration to match what we want.

This is known as the Law of Attraction, a universal law that states like attracts like. Everything in this world has a vibratory rate and what you think about and feel will attract more experiences with those same emotions and vibrations as you. by @thewelllnesscode
