Your business name is the first point of marketing‼️

I see so many people trying to come up with cute and clever business names.

I love a good pun as much as the next person.

But if you want your name to work FOR you (aka support the business growth)

I highly recommend being clear over clever.

This helps in two ways.

1. SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION.

If people are on google or social media searching for what you do, you will be more likely to come up if your business name contains key searchable terms.

2. REMOVING CONFUSION.

when people do find you, there won’t be confusion on who you are and what you do.

Us humans prefer the path of least resistance — therefore any additional guess work or research required can deter these people from taking the next step!

That’s my two cents… after all, he’s your baby 😉

MY TOP BUSINESS TOOLS SO FAR IN 2024 ✨

1. @dupephotos (I literally love you guys) -- Royalty-free imagery that you actually want to see on social media

2. @convertkit -- my top recommended email marketing tool for the past 5+ years. The perfect blend of user-functionality and access to robust features.

3. @thrivecartofficial -- the *one-time payment* software that allows you to sell digital products, take payment plans, AND integrates natively with ConvertKit. Score.

4. @tiktok SymphonyAI -- Use TikTok's new AI capabilities to get personalized recommendations on posting strategies and content formats for your business. The new “content gap” on creator search Insights is a close second here.

5. If you're booked & busy and NOT already using an automated booking tool get ready to change your life. @acuityscheduling is my preferred pick for this.

The easier you make it for people to book with you and enter your sales process, generally the more sales we make 💖
